Abstract

Abstract The project is an integrated electronic registration System of the Hebron Nursing College, the system allows users of the new students to submit enrollment applications electronically, the system also allows registration supervisor to do check the bank payments of enrollments requests, in addition it enable the dean to study enrollments requests and dissemination lists of students admitted to a particular semester, the system allows old students to register courses and complete the registration process electronically, the system also provides a mechanism for communication between college and students, also inform them the new ads and news, system enable teachers to monitor students' marks electronically, system also helps students to know and monitor their academic status electronically where the student can accomplish these tasks without the need to go to building the college, the system also helps to facilitate the administrative process for students by the dean of the college and follow up academic supervisor of the academic situation for students. ال مُلخص المشروع عبارة عن نظام تسجيل إلكتروني متكامل لكلية الخليل للتمريض, يمَكِّن النظام مستخدمين من الطلبة الجدد من تقديم طلبات الالتحاق بشكل الكتروني,كما و يُمَكِّن النظام مشرف التسجيل من القيام بإجراءات التحقق من الدفعات البنكية الخاصة بطلبات الإلتحاق,و يُمَكِّن عميد الكلية من دراسة هذه الطلبات ونشر قوائم بأسماء الطلبة المقبولين لفصل معين, ويتيح النظام للطلبة غير حديثي التسجيل بتسجيل المساقات واتمام عملية التسجيل بشكل إلكتروني, كما يوفر النظام آلية للتواصل ما بين إدارة الكلية والطلبة واعلامهم بالإعلانات, كما يمكن النظام المدرسين من رصد علامات الطلبة بشكل الكتروني, كما يساعد النظام الطلبة من معرفة ومراقبة وضعهم الأكاديمي باستمرار بطريقة الكترونية حيث يتمكن الطالب من إنجاز هذه المهام دون الحاجة للتوجه لمبنى الكلية, كما يساعد النظام في تسهيل العملية الإدارية للطلاب من قبل عميد الكلية ومتابعة المشرف للأوضاع الأكاديمية للطلاب
