التصمیم الإنشائي لدار مسنین

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة المشروع حول التصمیم الإنشائي لمبنى "دار مسنین"، حیث إن المشروع عبارة عن مبنى مكون من أربع طوابق بمناسیب مختلفة ومساحات طابقیة متفاوتة ، بمساحة إجمالیة ٤٠٠٠ متر مربع تقریبا ، حیث یمثل المشروع مرآة حقیقیة لفن العمارة الإسلامیة ، حیث إن تصمیمھ یحتوي على الناحیة الوظیفیة والعمرانیة للفن الإسلامي ، یحتوي المشروع على جمیع الأقسام والخدمات التي تخدم المسنین ، وتم تصمیم المشروع على الحل الإنشائي الأمثل . وتم الاعتماد في التصمیم على متطلبات كود الخرسانة الأمریكي ( ACI-318 )، وتم استخدام بعض برامج التصمیم الإنشائیة ومن . Atir , Safe , Etabs , AutoCad , Sab , StaadPro , Sp Column , Robot, Revit : مثل الرسم وبرامج الجدیر بالذكر أنھ تم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحدید الأحمال الحیة ، وسیتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائیة تفصیلیة من تحدید وتحلیل للعناصر الإنشائیة والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصمیم الإنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفیذیة بناء على التصمیم المعد لجمیع العناصر الإنشائیة التي تكون الھیاكل الإنشائیة للمبنى . The Conclusion Of this Project is the structural design of the building " Elderly House" , the project is a four-story different contour intervals and areas of floor building, with a total area of almost 4,000 square meters, the project represents a true mirror of Islamic architecture, where the design contains a functional and architectural Islamic art, the project contains all the departments and services that serve the elderly, and the project was designed on the structural optimization solution. Has been working on the design requirements of the American Concrete Code (ACI-318), and was using some constructional design programs and drawing programs such as: Atir, Safe, Etabs, AutoCad, Sab, StaadPro, Sp Column, Robot. It is worth mentioning that it was used the Jordanian code to determine live loads.
