| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we have studied the fixed point theory for some spaces using maps between spheres,maps between projective spaces, universal maps, homotopy theory, singular homology and degree theory. Also we have studied some spaces that have the fixed point property and spaces that don't have it. Besides that, there is a short study of the retraction methods in Nielsen fixed point theory. | en_US |
