Abstract

Nowadays, we are facing many problems of manual separating thymefrom stalk process. These problems are difficult to producebig amounts of thymein a short time and lack of production and high cost. Because of these problems, our idea is to design full automatic system that works on separateherbsfrom stalk by using technology and modern techniques, to produce separated thyme high efficient and fast low cost production. During this project itwas running the most important part of the system and is (Zig- Zag Channel) and control via the logical control programmer (PLC) in addition to the construction of the electrical panel containing control circuits and power circuits, which will supply the machine needed for its energy. There is a closed air flow cycle inside the systemvia the suction motors, the air glow is be controlled by controlling the speed of the suction motors by using the Variable Frequency Drivers (VFD). الملخص في الوقت الحاضر، نواجھ العدید من المشاكل في عملیة فصل الزعتر. تعمل ھذه المشاكل في صعوبة انتاج كمیات كبیرة من الزعتر في وقت قصیر وعدم الوصول الى الكفاءة المطلوبة. وبسبب ھذه المشاكل فكرتنا ھي تصمیم نظام كفاءة وسرعة في الإنتاج بالقل تكلفة. اوتوماتیكي یعمل على فصل أوراق الزعتر عن ساقھ من خلال استخدام التكنولوجیا والتقنیات الحدیثة للحصول على خلال خذا المشروع تم العمل على تشغیل اھم جزء في النظام وھو (Zig-Zag Channel)والتحكم بھ من خلال وحدات التحكم المنطقي المبرمج (PLC) بالإضافة الى بناء لوحة كھربائیة تحتوي دوائر التحكم و دوائر القدرة التي ستزود الماكینة بالطاقة اللازمة لعملھا. تم عمل دورة ھواء مغلقة داخل الماكینة عن طریق محركات الشفط وتم التحكم في سرعة الھواء الخارج من محركات الشفط عن طریق التحكم في سرعة محركات الشفط من خلال ال (Variable Frequency Inverters).
