dc.description.abstractThis study determined the Quality of life of Palestinian university students and its associated factors. A total of 173 students were included in this cross-sectional study. The collected data were; QoL, lifestyle, dietary pattern, and demographic data. The results revealed, the physical domain was associated with younger age, screen time and physical activity, while study time were associated with the environmental domain. Students’ sleep problems were significantly associated with lower QoL scores in both physical and psychological domains. Less studying, napping during the days and more family income improved university students QoL. In conclusion, sociodemographic and life style factors were associated with students’ QoL Exploring the factors that influence the QoL will aid in the development of supportive programmes and policies to improve the QOL of students that will shape their country’s future. further effort is needed to establish programmes to promote knowledge about lifestyle and QoL among university students.en_US
