إعادة إعمار قرية بيت جبرين المدمرة

Abstract

جميعنا ال يغفل على الحدث التاريخي المهم في حياة الشعب الفلسطيني والذي أدى إلى تهجير آالف الفلسطينيين وتدمير ما ال يقل عن خمسائة وستين مدينة وبلدة وقرية فلسطينية، ومن هذا المنطلق يجب السعي بشكل حثيث للدفاع وتأكيد الحق الفلسطيني باألرض. يهدف المشروع إلى لفت األنظار إلى مرحلة قادمة ومهمة في حياة الشعب الفلسطيني في حالة حدوث أي تغيير سياسي كبير يؤدي إلى عودة الالجئين مما يعني نزاعات على األراضي وبالتالي عدم القدرة على استغالل ما تبقى من مميزات على أرضنا لذلك فإن التخطيط لسيناريو مستقبلي قائم على زوال االحتالل أمر مهم وواجب وطني من أجل حفظ األراضي. تقوم فكرة المشروع على التخطيط إلعادة إعمارقرية بيت جبرين على موقعها القديم الذي تم مالحظة بقاءه شاغرا ويمكن إعادة البناء الفعلية مكانه بدءا من مرحلة تحليل الموقع الحالي للقرية ومقارنة مكوناته مع المكونات القديمة ثم تحديد الحاجات التخطيطية الحديثة التي تشمل تخطيط يراعي تاريخ وماضي القرية ويلبي الحاجات العصرية للسكان . وهكذا فإن مناطق القرية تخضع ألحكام خاصة أال وهي مستعمرة بيت غفرين )BetGuvrin) القائمة على الجزء الشمالي من اراضيها التي تشكل تحديا أمام المشاهد الطبيعية في هذه الجهة، وفي النهاية سيتم توزيع الخدمات األساسية واالجتماعية على ً األحياء السكنية بما يحقق العدالة االجتماعية وسهولة الوصول إليها، وأن يضفي لكل سكان القرية شعور بانهم لم يفارقوا القرية ولو أنه لم يمضي على الفراق سبعونا عاماً للحظة واحده، وانهم سكانها من زمن بعيد وك . No one could deny the important historical event in the life of the Palestinian people, which led to the immigration of thousands of Palestinians and the destruction of at least five hundred and sixty Palestinian cities, towns and villages, and from this standpoint we must struggle to defend and affirm the Palestinian right to the land. The main aim for the project is to get attention to a future and important stage in the life of the Palestinian people, in case of any major political change that led to the return of the refugees, which means disputes on the land and thus the inability to exploit the remaining advantages on our land, so planning for a future scenario (which mean the demise of the occupation) is important and a national duty for the preservation of land. The idea of the project is to plan for the reconstruction of Beit Jibrin on its old site, which was observed that's still vacant and can be reconstructed physically, starting with the analysis of the current location of the village and comparing its components with the old components and then determining the needs of modern planning, which include planning that takes into account the history and past of the village and meets modern needs "for the population" . Thus, the areas of the village are subject to special provisions, its the BetGuvrin settlement, which is based on the northern part of its lands, which constitute a challenge to the natural scenes in this region, and in the end, basic and social services will be distributed to residential neighborhoods in order to achieve social justice and ease of access, and to give all the residents of the village the feeling that they have not left the village for even one moment, and that they inhabitants from a long time, as if it had not been seventy years since the separation.
