Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify whether the Palestine Polytechnic University PPU exercise the administrative functions Planning, Organization, Leadership, Control or not from the viewpoint of the administrative study of the PPU To achieve this purpose a questuioner was developed and distributed to a sample of 57 from a Society of 107 administrators , 50 was Retrieved One-SampleT- Test was used for hypothesis e testing The result indicated that ppu highly exercise Planning and Organization and , Leadership, and the degree of exercise control is moderate We recommendations that including the university administration should place predictions about future conditions, and should increase harmony between all the activities performed by the organization In Addition, it should increase regulatory regimes, and the need to compare the current situation with the desired objectives
