Abstract

The project aims to build an electronic commerce system that combines the services needed by the user through the possibility of purchasing to and the possibility of displaying products by shopkeepers, goods owners and wholesale department managers registered with the system according to its specific validity. The system administrator can control the management of products, manage customer orders and manage the products of the owners of the goods. The system also facilitates the process of communicating customers with the site administrator through the messaging service where they can inquire about the products offered and also the customer can communicate through social media linked to the system of the owner of the system. ييدف المشروع الى بناء نظام لمتجارة الكترونية يجمع داخمو الخدمات التي يحتاجيا المستخدم عن طريق امكانية الشراء وامكانية عرض منتجات من قبل اصحاب المحال واصحاب السمع ومدراء قسم الجممة المسجمين بالنظام كل حسب صالحيتو المحددة لو. يمكن لمسؤول النظام بالتحكم في ادارة المنتجات وادارة طمبات الزبون وادارة منتجات اصحاب السمع. كذلك يسيل النظام عممية تواصل الزبائن مع مسؤول الموقع من خالل خدمة الرسائل حيث يمكنيم االستعالم عن المنتجات المعروضة وايضا يمكن لمزبون التواصل عبر وسائل التواصل االجتماعي المربوطة بالنظام الخاصة بصاحب النظام .
