Abstract

دليل الطالب الإلكتروني لإدارة العمليات في كلية العلوم الإدارية ونظم المعلومات هو موقع تم بناؤه لحل مشكلة عدم تمكن الطلاب من معرفة الاجراءات والخطوات اللازمة لإتمام العمليات التي يحتاجونها في حياتهم الجامعية، وذلك بسبب عدم وجود دليل اجراءات للطالب يقوم بعرض العمليات المختلفة في الكلية وتوضيح كل خطوة من هذه الخطوات; لتسهيل القيام بهذه العمليات في وقت قصير، دون إهدار الوقت والجهد. لذلك قام فريق المشروع ببناء موقع دليل الطالب الإلكتروني الذي يعمل على تقديم المساعدة والتوجيه للطلاب في العمليات التي يحتاجونها في حياتهم الجامعية من خلال استخدام معلومات استعراضية من (نصوص، فيديوهات (موشن جرافيك)، صور رسومية (انفوجرافيك))، و يحتوي هذا الموقع على عدة واجهات تساعد الطلبة في معرفة كيفية القيام ببعض العمليات مثل: (التسجيل، السحب والإضافة، اسقاط المواد، وغيرها من العمليات) بالطريقة الصحيحة.

The electronic student guide for the Operations in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences and Information Systems is a site that was built to solve the problem of students not being able to know the procedures and steps necessary to complete the processes they need in their university life because of the lack of a procedure manual for the student to view the various processes in the college and clarify each step of These steps; To facilitate these operations in a short time, without wasting time and effort. Therefore, the project team has built an e-student guide website that provides assistance and guidance to students in the processes they need in their university life through the use of review information from (texts, videos, Motion Graphics), graphic images (infographic) Several interfaces help students learn how to do some operations such as: (registration, drag and drop, drop down, and other operations) in the right way.
