Abstract

لتلبية احتياجات الناس في مجال المعلومات والاتصالات أصبحت دلالة التكنولوجيا أوسع من أن تلعب دوراً محدوداً فقط، بل شملت شتى مجالات الحياة، فهي تحتل اليوم صدارة الاهتمامات العملية والبحثية في مراكز البحث والجامعات في أنحاء العالم، حيث لا يكاد يمر يوم إلا ونسمع عن اختراع أو حدث مهم في التقنيات التكنولوجية، فالتسابق المحموم بالدعم والتشجيع بسخاء للبحث والتطوير من قبل الحكومات في دول العالم المتقدمة، يتطلب السعي لبناء مشاريع تخدم المنظومة التكنولوجية وما تتطلبها من تعليم وتدريب ومراكز بحثية وفق مواصفات عالمية .

إن الهّوة التي تفصل بين من يمتلكون المعرفة والقدرة على استغلالها ، وإمكانية استخدام تقنيات المعلومات والكومبيوتر، قد صنع الفوارق بين دول العالم المتقدم و النامي بين اقاليم العالم المختلفة والمعروفة بالفجوة الرقمية، والتي رافقها فجوة أخرى في توفر القاعدة والبنية التحتية الرئيسية من منشآت ومباني تعمل على توظيف التكنولوجيا في مناحي الحياة وتطويرها، وبالنظر إلى المجتمع الفلسطيني نجد أنها محدودة في جمعيات وحدائق صغيرة مقتصرة على نواحي بسيطة لا تحدث فارقاً ملموسا ولوجية فكرةً جيدةً للمساعدة في تضييق الفجوة القائمة . ً، وقد تبدو فكرة وجود مدينة تكن

تلقي هذه الدراسة الضوء على الجانب النظري لتصميم المدن التكنولوجية والعلمية التي تهدف إلى رفع المستوى العلمي والتقني لفئات المجتمع، وخلق بيئة تجعل من التفكير والابداع منهجا من خلال اتباع ً في كسب المعرفة وتطويرها، أسلوب تصميم معماري تنسجم فكرته مع المعايير المطلوبة وتوفير بيئة مستدامة .

ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي الوصفي، بحيث تم دراسة المعايير التخطيطية والتصميمة للمدن التكنولوجية وكذلك دراسة الحالات الدراسية المشابهة وتحليلها، وتناول الكتب المختصة والدراسات العلمية بالإضافة للمواقع الإلكترونية حيث تم اعتماد الأرض بتوصية من أكاديمية فلسطين للعلوم والتكنولوجيا بالتعاون مع بلدية قباطية .

وعليه تم التوصل لضرورة إقامة مدينة التكنولوجيا والعلوم التي تضم عدة مراكز ومنشآت بحثية وترفيهية وتعليم ية

واجتماعية، بحيث يتم خلق وسط فعال لإجراء البحوث وتطويرها، وخلق مساحات تفاعلية بتقنيات تكنولوجية . The significance of technology has become wider than playing a limited role to meet people’s needs in the field of information and communication only, but also includes all areas of life. Today, it is at the forefront of political and research concerns in research centers and universities around the world. Every day we hear about an important invention or event in the field of technological technologies. The frantic competition with support and generous encouragement for research and development by governments in the developed world requires striving to build projects that serve the technological system that involves training, education and research centers according to international specifications. The gap that separates those who possess knowledge and the ability to exploit it and the ability to use information technology and computers has made the differences between the countries of the developed and developing world and between the different regions of the world known as the digital divide which was accompanied by another gap in the availability of the base and the main infrastructure of facilities and buildings working to employ technology in the areas life and its development with regard to the Palestinian society, we find that it is limited to associations and small gardens that are limited to simple aspects that don’t make tangible differences and the idea of technology city may seem a good idea to help narrow the existing gap. This study sheds light on the theoretical side of designing technological and scientific cities, which aims to raise the scientific and technical level of the segments of society, and create an environment that makes thinking and creativity an approach to gaining and developing knowledge by following an architectural design method whose idea consist with the required standards and providing a sustainable environment. To achieve this, the study relies on the descriptive analytical method, so that planning and design standards for technological cities were studied, as well as studying and analyzing similar case studies, and dealing with specializes books and scientific studies in addition to websites where the land was approved on the recommendations of the Palestine academy of science and technology in cooperation with the Qabatiya municipality. Accordingly, the necessity to establish a technology and science city that includes several research, entertainment, educational and social centers and facilities, so that an effective atmosphere for conducting and developing research and creating interactive spaces with technological techniques was reached.
