Abstract

Our project aims to develop a mobile application for managing sports activities and facility memberships, such as fields, swimming pools, fitness centers, walking trails, and cycling paths. The app allows users to create an account and log in, enabling them to book facilities and subscribe to services easily and conveniently. Additionally, the app provides club owners and facility managers with an integrated control panel that displays essential statistics and detailed information about each member. This reduces administrative complexity and delivers innovative solutions. The app also facilitates communication between members and administrators, helping them focus on improving service quality and overall management efficiency through data analysis, insight generation, and gathering user feedback and satisfaction. The application also offers advanced scheduling features, presenting flexible, conflict-free booking times so members can choose slots that fit their schedules without worrying about overlaps. This increases facility utilization and helps managers make the most of unused time, benefiting facility owners and boosting their returns. Moreover, the app enhances member engagement by sending notifications about upcoming events and special promotions announced by administrators. The user interface has been designed to be simple and intuitive, allowing users to navigate the app seamlessly. At the same time, it provides managers with powerful tools to oversee members and facilities based on various data metrics. All these features have been carefully crafted to ensure easy access and deliver an outstanding experience for both users and administrators.
