dc.description.abstract With the rapid advancement of digital technology, the need for innovative solutions to facilitate communication between patients and doctors has become more urgent, especially in outpatient clinics. Patients often face difficulties in booking and managing appointments, while doctors lack an efficient system to organize their schedules and access patient information seamlessly. Additionally, clinics struggle with managing patient data, medical prescriptions, and laboratory tests, which affects the quality of medical services provided. Our project aims to develop a comprehensive electronic system that simplifies medical service management and enhances user experience. It allows patients to search for doctors and clinics, book or modify appointments, and enter their medical history to ensure accurate care. The system also provides doctors with an integrated platform to manage their schedules, view patient records, issue prescriptions, and handle billing. Moreover, it supports clinic administrators in managing user accounts, adding new clinics, and analyzing data through visual reports. Additionally, it facilitates laboratory operations by enabling the electronic exchange of medical test results. This project contributes to improving healthcare service efficiency and offering a more organized and convenient experience for all stakeholders. en_US
