dc.description.abstract Mobile phone usage while driving remains a common issue, despite ongoing awareness efforts and legal measures. This behavior poses significant safety risks on the road, prompting extensive research into effective strategies for addressing this concern. This project aims to find an innovative solution to the problem of vehicle accidents resulting from drivers using their phones while driving. The proposed solution aims to create an electronic system that is connected to any eyewear, transforming it into smart glasses. The goal is to reduce accidents by enhancing situational awareness and providing real-time information to users. The smart glasses will be connected to the phone via Bluetooth, receiving notifications displaying time, date, caller ID, and SMS messages. It also enables the driver to respond to messages by converting their voice into written text and sending it.
