Abstract

The main idea of the project is to create a promotional website for the College of Administrative Sciences and Information Systems, enabling the targeted audience to access all aspects related to the college, and explore majors that suit them based on their high school grades. The website features various elements, including chat functionality for acquiring university information across all disciplines, Dynamic Content where students input their high school GPA and branch, and the site will present suitable content for each student's situation. It also includes counters for university graduation rates, specialization, employment rate, and student count, as well as a virtual tour of the college. A market study was conducted by creating a survey to determine the extent of the targeted audience's need for the website and the reception of the idea. Additionally, an interview was conducted with the university's public relations department to assess the college's need for a promotional website focusing on the specialized majors within the College of Administrative Sciences. In the end, some developmental plans were formulated for the website to enhance both its performance. تتمخص الفكرة الرئيسية لممشرو ع بإنشاء موقع إلكتروني ترويجي لكمية العموم االدارية ونظم المعمومات, ً مكن الفئة المستيدفة االطالع عمى كل ما يخص الكمية, و التخصصات التي تناسبيم بناء ُ حيث انو ي عمى معدليم في الثانوية العامة . يحتوي الموقع ميزات عديدة أىميا, الدردشة عبر الذكاء االصطناعي لمعرفة المعمومات الجامعية من كافة التخصصات,Content Dynamic يقوم الطالب بإدخال معدل الثانوية العامة باإلضافة لمفرع, وسوف يقدم الموقع عرض المحتوى المناسب لحالة كل طالب ,عداد بنسبة المتخرجين من الجامعة و التخصص ومعدل التوظيف وعدد الطالب, و رحمة افتراضية بالكمية. تم عمل دراسة سوقية عن طريق إنشاء استبيان لمعرفة مدى حاجة الفئة المستيدفة لمموقع ومدى اإلقبال نشاء مقابمة مع العالقات العامة الخاصة بالجامعة لمعرفة مدى حاجة الكمية لموقع ترويجي
