dc.description.abstract This study investigates the impact of Big Data adoption on the performance of 12 prominent banks in Palestine. The study aims to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations, emphasizing the importance of technology investment and fostering an analytical culture for leveraging Big Data effectively in the Palestinian banking sector. Through qualitative analysis and semi-structured questionnaires with our research sample involved in Big Data initiatives, it aims to uncover insights into financial outcomes, operational efficiencies, and innovation. The research seeks to understand how Big Data strategies are implemented, analyzing their influence on various aspects of bank performance, including service development, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The study identifies several crucial impacts of Big Data adoption in Palestinian banks including enhanced financial analysis and strategic decision-making; improved customer service through personalized offerings. The study recommends investment in technology infrastructure and fostering an analytical culture to maximize Big Data's potential for informed decision-making and improved operational efficiency. en_US
