dc.description.abstract In the last few years technology has spreaded in all the world and started to play a main role in our daily lives. Technology has evolved in wide range in our society in a range that we can not emagin, so we can not live without it. Technology has made comunication between people much easier than before so anyone can comunicate with anyone he wants without any limits or barrier, so we should realize that technology has become vital thing in our lives. Large companies and organizations are concerned to be envolved in modern technology, to make their servesies easier and make comunication with customers and employees more effective and satisfing. During our training period in Palestine we observed that many companies do not have a complete system to manage their employees data, even if some companies have systems to manage employees isuses you will find that the systems that you have find are old in their design and lack continuous software development. From here came the idea of our project to design a website to manage the affairs and tasks of employees in the United Steel Industry Company, including leaves permits, account checks, and general information about employees, duties and tasks assigned to them. These services are provided along with modern and interactive design and responsive interface to all screen sizes especially small screens like phones and large screens like desktop and television using modern technologies. The employee management system revolutionizes the management of administrative affairs with smooth efficiency. The system is designed to meet the evolving needs of modern business, and provides a comprehensive solution to track employees and increase their participation by reducing the burden on them from the suffering of dealing in paper form with manager, waiting for hours until receiving a response, and making decisions based on data, as in requests for advances and vacations, instead of relying entirely on paper transactions in submitting requests and obtaining a response. In the future, we aspire to develop this system so that it contains more features such as financial affairs and matters related to the fingerprint system and calculating the times of entry and exit from the facility, and it accommodates a larger and different number of departments with complex tasks such as the maintenance department and the truck drivers department so that these departments need to perform tasks particular and more complex. en_US
