التصميم الانشائي لمركز علاج طبيعي

Abstract

يهدف المشروع الى عمل تصميم انشائي لجميع العناصر االنشائية المكونة لمركز العالج الطبيعي على المساق ً بناء ات النظرية االنشائية المتعددة والتي تمت دراستها في المساقات السابقة ، وذلك لما للتصميم االنشائي من اهمية فهو من اهم المراحل التي يمر بها المبنى والتي يتم فيها تحديد اماكن االعمدة و االنظمة االنشائية لمختلف عناصر المبنى وبذلك يتم تحويل المخططات المعمارية االولية الى مخططات قابلة للتنفيذ . 2 يتكون المبنى من طابقين تقدر المساحة االجمالية بـ 1651م ، موجود في قرية سياحية في منطقة حلحول مقابل احراش نوبا بالخليل ، يهدف هذا المبنى الى عالج وراحة الزائرين حيث يتكون من عدة خدمات منها صالة تدليك وبركة سباحة وساونا وبخار وتوفير صور باألشعة باإلضافة الى انه يحتوي على متجر لبيع ما يحتاجه الزبائن. وتحقيقا لهدف المشروع تم في البداية دراسة المخططات المعمارية و اختيار انسب الية لتوزيع العناصر االنشائية بما ال يتعارض مع التصميم المعماري للمبنى ، ثم تم عمل دراسة انشائية مفصلة تم فيها تقدير االحمال الحية المتوقعة على جميع العناصر االنشائية باالعتماد على الكود األردني و تحليل وتصميم جميع تلك العناصر باالعتماد على الكود االمريكي وباستخدام مجموعة من البرامج الهندسية . وفي النهاية تم إعداد المخططات التنفيذية لجميع العناصر االنشائية المكونة لهيكل المبنى ليصبح المبنى قابالً للتنفيذ . ABSTRACT The project aims to make a structural design for all the structural elements that make up to the physiotherapy center based on the multiple structural theoretical courses that were studied in the previous courses, because of the importance of the structural design, as it is one of the most important stages that the building passes through, in which the locations of the columns and structural systems for the various The elements of the building, thus converting the initial architectural plans into executable plans. The building consists of two floors, the total area is estimated at 1561 square meters. It is located in a tourist village in the Halhul area, opposite the Nuba forests in Hebron. This building aims to treat and comfort visitors, as it consists of several services, including a massage parlour, swimming pool, sauna, steam, x-rays, in addition to that it contains a store To sell what customers need. In order to achieve the goal of the project, the architectural plans were initially studied and the most appropriate mechanism was chosen for the distribution of the structural elements in a way that does not conflict with the architectural design of the building. of engineering programs.
