Abstract

يشكل التسويق الالكتروني والتجارة الالكترونية أحد أكبر القطاعات التي اتخذت حيزًا كبيرًا ومهمًا في القرن الواحد والعشرين، لا يمكن إنكار الإيجابيات الكبيرة التي منحت لنا جراء هذا التطور، لكن برزت هناك العديد من المشاكل التي تواجه المستخدمين، ومن هذه المشاكل هي الخداع والتلاعب في المنتجات والخدمات المُقدمة بشكل إلكترونيّ، مما أدى إلى ضعف الثقة بين طرفيّ البيع (المستخدم و التاجر)، وفي أحيان أخرى أدى إلى انعدام هذه الثقة، ومن هذا المنطلق، برزت الحاجة لوجود حل ما يساعد في القضاء على هذه الظواهر السلبية في بعض المجتمعات، ومن أبرزها المجتمع المحلي الفلسطيني، الذي يعاني بشكل كبير من هذه المشاكل، والتي أصبحت تتفاقم مع الوقت، وبناء على هذا الأساس، وجب وجود حل منطقي وابداعي يخفف أو يقضي على هذه الظاهرة، وعليه قدمت هذه المنصة حل لهذه المشكلة على المستوى المحلي الفلسطيني، فنحن نتطلع الى نشر ثقافة التقييم وإبداء الآراء، والنقد البنّاء الذي يساعد على النمو والرقي والتطور في قطاع التجارة والتسويق الالكتروني على المستوى المحلي الفلسطيني. E-marketing and e-commerce is one of the largest sectors that have taken a large and important space in the twenty-first century, there is no denying the great positives that have been given to us as a result of this development, but there have been many problems facing users, and these problems are deception and manipulation of products and services provided electronically, which led to weak trust between the two parties to the sale (the user and the merchant), and at other times It led to the lack of this trust, and from this point of view, the need arose for a solution that helps eliminate these negative phenomena in some communities, most notably the Palestinian local community, which suffers greatly from these problems, which have become aggravated with time, and based on this basis, there must be a logical and creative solution that mitigates or eliminates this phenomenon, and therefore this platform provided a solution to this problem at the Palestinian local level, we look forward to spreading the culture of evaluation, expressing opinions, and criticism Construction that helps growth, advancement and development in the trade and e-marketing sector at the local Palestinian level.
