dc.description.abstract As a result of the technological development taking place in the world and the emergence of processed and genetically modified foods, Pathogenic bacteria enter the human body causing diseases that leave him suffering for years or may cause him to die, without the ability of doctors to know the type of bacteria and prescribe the appropriate treatment, as many antibiotics have become over time unable to combat some types of bacteria, it is difficult to determine the type of bacteria causing the disease when examining the blood sample due to the incomplete growth or low density within the sample. Simulation of the human body, like made a farm for these bacteria can solve this problem, where the bacterial incubator is used to provide an ideal medium from humidity, temperature and CO2 suitable for the growth and reproduction of the types of bacteria that infect the human body causing diseases, so a large number of bacteria are obtained determine their type and even determine the appropriate type of antibiotic to successfully deal with it to treat the patient. In this project, a bacterial incubator was designed, where temperature, humidity and CO2 can be controlled. An alarm system was built based on giving a sound and a light to indicate that the door is not closed. Two types of incubators available in the market are combined, namely, a CO2 incubator and a portable incubator. en_US
