The structural design of apartment building in Hebron city

Abstract

This project aims to design all structural elements that make up the building, such as slabs, beams, columns, walls, and foundations. The building consists of seven floors and a basement floor, this building contains facilities that fit the needs of the apartment building according to the appropriate requirements. This apartment building is characterized by includes several structural elements as a ribbed slab, beams, several columns, wall, and foundation. The structural design of the building consists of many stages, starting with the studying and analyzing of architectural plans to select fit structural elements for the building that does not contradict the architectural design. Then determination of the live loads on the building according to the building use, and studying the earthquake loads according to the nature of the region in which the building is located. Finally, the design structure according to the calculated loads to occur the stability of the building also prepares the structural working drawing. At end of the project, we have a completed design for all structural elements. Moreover, after finishing the structural design for this project we get a structural working drawing to start building يهدف هذا المشروع الى عمل التصميم اإلنشائي المناسب لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية المكونة للمبنى وتشمل العقدات، الجسور، األعمد،، الجدران، واألساسات. يتشكل المبنى من سبعة طوابق وطابق تسوية، تحتوي داخلها على مرافق تتالءم مع احتياجات المبنى السكني وفق المتطلبات المالئمة. يتميز هذا المبنى السكني بتنوع عناصره اإلنشائية حيث يحتوي على عقدات مفرغة، جسور، العديد من األعمد،، جدران، وأساسات. عملية التصميم االنشائي للمبنى تمر في عد، مراحل، بدءا من دراسة وتحليل المخططات المعمارية، من ثم اختيار العناصر اإلنشائية المناسبة ألجزاء للمبنى بشكل ال يتناقض مع التصميم المعماري. ويتبع ذلك دراسة وتحديد األحمال الحية الواقعة على المبنى حسب طبيعة استخدامه. باإلضافة الى دراسة أحمال الزالزل وفقا لطبيعة المنطقة المقام فيها المبنى ومن ثم التصميم اإلنشائي المناسب لجميع العناصر وفقا لألحمال المحسوبة بما يضمن ثبات المبنى، واعداد المخططات التنفيذية. بعد االنتهاء من التصميم االنشائي لعناصر هذا المبنى سيتم تصميم جميع العناصر االنشائية للمبنى، والحصول على مخططات تنفيذية جاهز، للبدء بالعمل الميداني.
