Abstract:
Heart diseases are considered as one of the most ordinary diseases in the world,
especially those related to the heart valves, which require to use of different
techniques to diagnose these diseases, taking into account the cost of these
techniques and their suitability for humans.
One of these advanced techniques used in diagnosing heart diseases is the
ballistocardiogram signal, which accurately represents the sudden flow of blood in
the blood vessels in each heartbeat, breathing, and movement of the body.
One of the advantages of this technique represented in its simple cost compared to
other techniques, in addition to that, it is a non-invasive diagnostic process.
therefore, in this project , a strain gauge sensor technique was used to diagnose
patients , where the design consists of a sensitive medical chair intended for the
patient to sit on it to measure the ballistic force and represent it in the form of a
medical signal representing the force resulting from the blood pumping process.
