Abstract

In this project, we built an electronic platform for selling, lending and renting tools and second-use goods. The platform will include shopkeepers in Halhul and Beit Awa cities so that they will be able to display all their goods on the platform where they can sell, loan, or even donate it. Sellers and customers will have control over the platform according to the applied system by the administrators . The platform aims to facilitate communication between all concerned parties whereas the main goal is to serve the environment by reducing pollution, in addition to help people with limited income
