The idea of the project revolves about designing an advertising campaign by the team
for the family-sized Karnoosh chips (for Al-Qasrawi Company). Based on the results
that we obtained through the market research that was conducted about Karnoosh
chips, we managed to select the target groups, and we managed to understand them
accurately, which helped us to know the most important problems they face, and this
is what motivated us to seek to face the obstacles which face Al-Qasrawi Company
and solving the problem they face in low sales of Karnoosh chips. Regarding with the
chapters of the project, it is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, we talked
about (the sector and its analysis, description of the company under study, SWOT
analysis and the clarification of the internal factors represented by strengths,
weaknesses and external factors represented by (opportunities and threats). In the
second chapter, we worked on (studying and analyzing the marketing mix and
competitors from direct and indirect competitors. In the third chapter, The market has
been studied and analyzed by the questionnaire, and defining the marketing objectives
of Karnoosh chips. In the last chapter, the focus was on studying and analyzing the
previous and current marketing programs for Al-Qasrawi Company and Karnoosh
chips, setting goals for the advertising campaign, working on the design of the
advertising campaign, adding other promotional materials, working on the design of
campaign ads, and determining the campaign budget. We concluded our project with
the most important recommendations that we suggest as the team members to AlQasrawi Company |
