dc.description.abstract he aim of this study was to identify the impact of the effectiveness of a proposed training program directed to the first grade teachers to deal with children in different cultural environments in Palestine. The sample consisted of (30) female teachers in Yatta city / Hebron governorate. In two groups: an experimental group consisting of (15) first teachers who were subjected to the training program consisting of (7) training sessions during the semester of the second semester of the year 2018/2019)) rate of one session each week, in addition to the questionnaire dealing with Children in multiple cultural settings, before and after and after a period of expiry The program, and a control group of (15) teachers of the first teachers did not undergo any type of training, but applied the questionnaire to deal with children in multiple cultural environments prepared by the researcher (test tribal and past), and the study reached a set of results The effectiveness of the training program on the performance of the experimental group on the tribal and remote testing to identify the treatment of children in multiple cultural environments. The differences in the degree and the different dimensions in favor of the post-application, the existence of a clear impact of cultural diversity in the children's treatment and appeared in the axes in terms of accepting others Wa The researcher recommended a number of recommendations, including: intensifying courses and seminars for educational staff to train them to deal with cultural diversity and support the programs. Training courses for teachers, especially the early stages, both materially and morally, and to disseminate these training programs in a significant way and give children new ways to deal with the cultural diversity in the world. en_US
