dc.description.abstract |
Determining the genetic diversity between individuals is one of the most
important fields in biology. DNA marker systems have been used in diversity studies
where markers are visualized on electrophoresis gel images. Nowadays analyzers
convert electrophoresis gel images into (0/1) matrices manually, which causes human
errors. Our project aims to overcome these errors by designing a software that converts
electrophoresis gel images into (0/1) matrices with minimum errors |
