Abstract

When going to the city center for several goals, including eliminating certain needs and shopping or for the purpose of recreation or to visit the heart of the city that contains historical evidence, it is expected that the visit will be a long time in most of the time, but the city of Hebron, especially its center, suffers from the lack of green spaces, which are almost The lack of traffic and the frequent traffic crises and the randomization of the market all led to making this visit only to fulfill an essential need, or to be a crossing for a specific point of arrival, no more, without taking into consideration that the heart of the city is an important part in which it expresses its identity and history. In this project, the idea was to make this visit more enjoyable and also taking into account the psychological aspect of visitors and residents of this region by creating a plaza from the middle of overcrowding and making it a breather that achieves many recreational and cultural aspects, through green squares and seating areas in it and also the construction of buildings that serve this area contain Many cultural and recreational activities through which along with entertainment aim to raise the level of culture in the community, in addition to sporting activities aimed at all groups of society through the presence of several voids working to suit their needs. The research methodology relied on quantitative information by collecting statistics and numbers from the study area, and qualitative information based on information describing the study area. For the sake of reaching comprehensive planning and design, design, planning and environmental criteria were taken into consideration. The proposed site for the project came based on several reasons, firstly, it is in an area close to the Hebron Center, which is the main goal. Secondly, the service of the land to the project idea in general, the advantage in choosing the site is the difference in levels in a servant way to the project idea, as the project idea is a link between its elements in a strong way through Bridge and exploitation of areas above the buildings, most of which will be dug in the layers of land with green areas to provide the largest green area that can be used.
