التصميم الانشائي لمعهد الحفاظ المعماري في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

الهدف الأساسيللمشروع هوعمل التصميم الانشائي لجميع العناصر الانشائية التي يحتويها المشروع , من اساسات وجدران واعمدة وجسور والعقداتوالعديد من العناصر الانشائيةالاخرى فيالمبنى . يتكون المبنى من أربعة طوابق تسوية وطابق ارضي والطابق الأول, وتبلغ المساحة الإجمالية (9060.04) متر مربع, وهو مبنى تعليمي يخدم الطلاب في مجال الهندسة, يتضمن قاعات تدريس ومكاتب مدرسين ومدرج ومشاغل هندسية واماكن للنشاطات الطلابية وكراج سيارات وغيره من الخدمات الاخرى,والتصميم من الناحية المعمارية يتميز بأنه تم بأسلوب حضاري حديث وعلى إحساس الطالب بالعمارة التراثية, ويمكن القول أن ينبغي عند تصميم أو إعادة صياغة الفراغات الحضرية المعاصرة بالمدن العربية مراعاة الاحتفاظ بالموروث الثقافي والفني والتقني, وتم التعامل مع الموقع استناداً على انسجام المبنى مع طبيعة انحدار موقعة وتداخل العلاقات بين الداخل والخارج من خلال استخدام الفناء كفراغلتهيئة الانتقال من الفراغ العام الى الخاص. من الجدير بالذكر أنه سيتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل ، أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود الأمريكي(ACI_318_08)، ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أنه سيتم الاعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل,SAFE,SPCLOUMN,FOUND AutoCAD 20, Atir 18, Microsoft Office,ETABS 18 سيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الإنشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الإنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذيةبناءاً على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكوّن الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى ، ومن المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية بإذن الله. The main objective of the project is to work the construction design of all the construction elements contained in the project, from foundations, walls, columns, beams, slabs and many other construction elements in the building. The building consists of four floors leveling and ground floor and the first floor, and the total area (9060.04) square meters, an educational building serving students in the field of engineering, includes classrooms, teachers' offices, amphitheater, engineering workshops, places for student activities, car garage and other services, and the design is architecturally characterized by a modern civilized style and the student's sense of heritage architecture, and it can be said that when designing or reformulating contemporary urban spaces in Arab cities, it should be said that the cultural and artistic heritage of Arab cities should be preserved in the cultural and technical heritage. The site was treated based on the harmony of the building with the nature of the location of the decline and the overlap of relations between the inside and the outside through the use of the courtyard as a vacuum to create the transition from the public to private space. We will use the Jordanian code to determine live loads, and determine the load of earthquakes. As for structural analysis and section design, the US code (ACI_318_08) will be used and we will rely on some computer programs such as: AutoCAD 20, Atir, and Microsoft Office, ETABS 18, SAFE. The project will include a detailed structural study of the identification and analysis of the structural elements and the different loads expected and then the structural design of the elements and the preparation of the operational plans based on the design prepared for all the structural elements that make up the structural structures of the building, and it is expected after the completion of the project to be able to provide the structural design for all construction elements, God willing.
