التصميم الانشائي لمركز ثقافي اسلامي في منطقة بيت لحم

Abstract

Islamic cultural centers are an integral part of the identity of the Palestinian people and its civilizational history as they embody the values of knowledge, contribute to building the personality of the individual and develop spiritual and moral values, and work to build the capabilities of the local community to manage the cultural act and employ it to influence human life and respect for cultural diversity and embody the values of dialogue and appreciation of the other . This project aims to form a theoretical background on the criteria for designing Islamic cultural centers in addition to reviewing academic cases through which knowledge is strengthened and the ability to imagine and describe the proposed project is enhanced. On the other hand, it reinforces the need to design such centers in Palestine, so that they achieve their cultural and social goals and are able to represent Palestine at the local and global level. The project is an Islamic cultural center in the city of Bethlehem, as it is a city of cultural and religious diversity and also considered one of the most important tourist cities on a global level. There is also a tendency to build an Islamic cultural center by the Ifta House in Bethlehem, and in this project an attempt to merge several activities Cultural, social and educational, this project includes theater, cultural and civil exhibitions, library and handicrafts

Structural design is the design that is the most important design needed for the building after the architectural design. The distribution of columns and loads and maintaining durability at the best prices and the highest degree of safety is the responsibility of the structural designer.

In this project we will do a structural design "Islamic cultural center", where it is located in an area near Al-Hussein Bin Talal Hospital on Al-Quds Al-Khalil Street, and it mediates several cities and villages such as the city of Beit Jala, Bethlehem, Al-Dheesheh, Aida and Al-Azza camp, and the building contains four floors and a total area The total area of the project is about 9000 square meters, and the land area on which the project is built is about 16,890 square meters. The project contains: • A basement floor containing the theater, ablution, a chapel for women, crafts and lecture halls • Ground floor containing the library, mosque and lecture halls. • The first floor contains lecture halls and offices for teachers. • A second floor contains a restaurant. The surrounding of the building contains a main entrance, sub entrances and an external garden. Where the project was designed in a modern and contemporary style, in order to meet all service requirements, comfort, safety and security. Taking into account the nature of the topographic land in the design, it is worth mentioning that the Jordanian code will be used to determine the live loads, and to determine earthquake loads. As for structural analysis and section design, the code will be used American (ACI_318_14), and we will use some computer programs in the design of the project such as: Autocad, Atir, Safe, Etabs, Staadpro, Sab 2000. The project will include a detailed structural study of defining and analyzing the structural elements and the various loads expected and preparing the executive plans with us On the design prepared for all structural elements that are structures of the construction of the building. It is expected that after the completion of the project, we will be able to present the structural design of all structural elements, God willing and reconciled. عد المراكز الثقافية الاسلامية جزءا لا يتجزأ من هوية الشعب الفلسطيني وتاريخه الحضاري فهي تجسد قيم المعرفة ، وتساهم في بناء شخصية الفرد وتنمي القيم الروحية والاخلاقية ، وتعمل على بناء قدرات المجتمع المحلي لإدارة الفعل الثقافي وتوظيفه للتأثير على حياة الانسان واحترام التنوع الثقافي وتجسيد قيم الحوار وتقدير الاخر . يهدف هذا المشروع الى تكوين خلفية نظرية حول معايير تصميم مراكز ثقافية اسلامية بالإضافة الى استعراض الحالات الدراسية والتي من خلالها يتم تعزيز المعرفة وزيادة القدرة على تخيل ووصف المشروع المقترح . ومن جهة اخرى يعزز الحاجة الى تصميم مثل هذه المراكز في فلسطين ،بحيث تحقق اهدافها الثقافية والاجتماعية وتكون قادرة على تمثيل فلسطين على المستوى المحلي والعالمي . المشروع عبارة عن مركز ثقافي اسلامي في مدينة بيت لحم ، فهي مدينة ذات تنوع ثقافي وديني وكذلك تعتبر من اهم المدن السياحية على مستوى العالمي ،كذلك هناك توجه لبناء مركز ثقافي اسلامي من قبل دار الافتاء في بيت لحم، وفي هذا المشروع محاولة للدمج بين عدة نشاطات ثقافية واجتماعية وتعليمية ، حيث يضم هذا المشروع مسرح ومعارض ثقافية وحضارية ومكتبة ومشاغل يدوية

التصميم الإنشائي هو التصميم الذي هو أهم التصميمات اللازمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري، فتوزيع الأعمدة والأحمال والحفاظ على المتانة وبأفضل الأسعار وأعلى درجات الأمان يقع على عاتق المصمم الإنشائي.

في هذا المشروع سنقوم بعمل تصميم إنشائي " مركز ثقافي اسلامي", حيث تقع في منطقة بالقرب من مستشفى الحسين بن طلال على شارع القدس الخليل وهو يتوسط عدة مدن وقرى مثل مدينة بيت جالا وبيت لحم والدهيشة ومخيم عايدة والعزة و يحتوي المبنى على أربعة طوابق وتبلغ المساحة الكلية للمشروع حوالي 7025متر مربع ومساحة الارض التي يقام عليها المشروع حوالي : 16890متر مربع . يحتوي المشروع على: • طابق تسوية يحتوي على المسرح و متوضأ ومصلى للنساء و مشاغل حرفي وقاعات محاضرات. • طابق ارضي يحتوي على المكتبة و مسجد و قاعات محاضرات. • طابق اول يحتوي قاعات محاضرات و مكاتب للمدرسين. • طابق ثاني يحتوي على مطعم. ومحيط المبنى يحتوي على مدخل رئيسي ومداخل فرعية وحديقة خارجية. حيث صمم المشروع على الطراز الحديث والمعاصر ، لكي يلبي جميع المتطلبات الخدماتية والراحة والسلامة والامان .مع مراعاة طبيعة الأرض الطبوغرافية في التصميم , ومن الجدير بالذكر انه سيتم استخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية، ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل، أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_318_14), وسنقوم باستخدام بعض برامج الحاسوب في التصميم للمشروع مثل : Autocad ,Atir, Safe ,Etabs , Staadpro ,Sab 2000. وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الإنشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي تكون الهياكل الإنشائية للمبنى . من المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية بإذن الله وتوفيقه
