التصمیم الانشائي لمبنى مدرسة العھد في مدينة الخلیل

Abstract

تتلخص فكرة المشروع في عمل التصمیم اإلنشائي لمدرسة أساسیة لإلناث في مدينة الخلیل يلبي جمیع الخدمات والراحة للمستخدمین ˛ تقع قطعة أرض المشروع في مدينة الخلیل وتبلغ مساحتھا 4675متر مربع وتبلغ مساحة البناء2955 متر مربع ˛ حیث بلغت النسبة المئوية للبناء %17.86 ˛ أما األرتداد األمامي والجانبي لقطعة األرض كان 5 م والخلفي كان 4 م .تتكون المدرسة من طابق تسوية تبلغ مساحته 698 متر مربع ويلي ّم بشكل متناسق وجمیل يوفر طابق التسوية ثالثة طوابق أخرى . ويتمیز التصمیم المعماري للمشروع بأنه ت الراحة وسھولة الوصول للمستخدمین . يتمثل هدف المشروع في التصمیم اإلنشائي لجمیع العناصر الخرسانیة التي يحتويھا المبنى مثل العقدات والجسور واألعمدة واألساسات حیث سیتم استخدام الكود األمريكي في التحلیل اإلنشائي للمقاطع الخرسانیة (ACI_318Code)˛ والكود األردني لتحديد األحمال الحیة الواقعة على المبنى وسیتم استخدام بعض البرامج الحاسوبیة مثلautocad2016, Atir .ومن المتوقع بعد إتمام المشروع إن شاء هللاا القدرة على تقديم التصمیم اإلنشائي لجمیع العناصر الخرسانیة التي يحتويھا المبنى ˛ وإعداد المخططات اإلنشائیة التنفیذية الكاملة لھا . The idea of the project is summarized in the structural design work for girls Elementary school in Hebron city that meets all services and comfort for users. The area of the land project is 4,675 square meters , and the building area is 2,955 square meters, the percentage of building construction is 17.86%. The school has a basement floor with area 698 square meters and another three floors . The architectural design of the project is characterized by being beautifully finished, providing comfort and ease of access for users. The objective of the project is to make the structural design of all the concrete elements that the beams and columns where the American code will be building contains such as knots, foundations, used in the structural analysis of concrete sections (ACI_318) and the Jordanian code to determine the live loads on the building. Some software such as autocad2016, Atir will be used. It is expected after the completion of the project to be able to present the design and structural analysis of all concrete elements and to prepare the executive construction plans in details .
