dc.description.abstract |
Hebron Electricity Company applies the SCADA system which is a good monitoring
system for all the power distribution stations it supervises in the Hebron Governorate
But it shows the status of the stations but needs human intervention in case of any
malfunction in any of the stations and this requires time and effort to resolve the
defect, Our project will be if it is applied to the stations at a lower cost than SCADA.
This project aims to reduce human effort and time in resolving faults that occur in
power distribution stations, this model is intended for remote control and monitoring
of stations that use wireless data transmission technology through a segment, GPRS /
GSM SIM900, and this system will be less expensive than the applied SCADA
system Currently in power distribution stations.
The control will be automatic in case of failure by separating the circuit breakers, at
the same time, all data pertaining to the station will be displayed for monitoring . |
