التصميم الانشائي لمول فلسطين التجاري

Abstract

سنقوم في هذا المشروع بالتصميم اإلنشائي لهذا المبنى, حيث يتكون من كتلة واحدة مكونة من خمسة طوابق: طابقي التسوية واألرضي باإلضافة الى طابقين فوق األرضي, حيث 2 مساحة كل طابق2200 م 2 تبلغ مساحة المشروع اإلجمالية11000م . ُصّمم المشروع بحيث يلبي الغاية التي يسعى المشروع إلى تحقيقها وهي انشاء مول تجاري. من الجدير بالذكر أنه سيتم استخدام الكود األردني لتحديد األحمال الحية, ولتحديد أحمال الزالزل, أما بالنسبة للتحليل اإلنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فسيتم استخدام الكود األمريكي )ACI_318_08), وال بد من اإلشارة إلى أنه سيتم اإلعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل: - Autocad (2007+2015), ATIR, ETABS 2015, SAFE 2014 SAP 2000, Microsof Office XP. وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر اإلنشائية واألحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم اإلنشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية التي تكّون الهياكل اإلنشائية للمبنى. This project is aimed at the structural design Palestine Mall located in Hebron city in Abu Daajan area . The building consists of several types of services distributed in a suitable way. These services are distributed to five floors with total area of 11000 m2 . The main objective was to design all of structural members of this building after clearly understanding all of the architectural aspects in order to provide the suitable structural system. The structural members were designed starting by the slabs to the beams then to columns and walls finally to the foundations which transfer the loads to the foundations soils. It is very important to know that Jordanian Building Code was used to specify the values of loads that building serves, American Concrete Institute Code (ACI 318-11) used to design all structural members, and the Uniform Building Code (UBC 1997) for seismic load determination.
