التصميم الانشائي لشركة كيو سل للاتصالات والالكترونيات في مدينة رام الله

Abstract

يمكن تلخيص ادف المشرو في عمل الحصميق اإلنشائي لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية الحي يححويها المشرو ت من عقدات وجسور وأعمدة وأساسات وجدران وغيراا من العناصر اإلنشائية . يحكون المبنى من اربعة طوابق ت بمساحة جمالية )11700(محر مربع ت ويحميز الحصميق من الناحية المعمارية للمشرو بأنه تق بأسلوب يقوم على تعدد الكحل الفراغية وتوزيعها بشكل محناسق من الناحية الجمالية والوظيفية ضافة لى أنه تق االاحمام عند توزيع الكحل توفير الراحة والسهولة وسرعة الوصول للمسحخدمين . تكمن أامية المشرو في تنو العناصر اإلنشائية في المبنى مثل الجسور واألعمدة والبالطات الخرسانية ت وتعدد الكحل ووجود تراجعات في المساحات الطابقية . من الجدير بالمكر أنه تق اسحخدام الكود األردني لححديد األحمال الحيةت ولححديد أحمال الزالزل تق اسحخدام الكود )UBC( ت أما بالنسبة للححليل اإلنشائي وتصميق المقاطع تق اسحخدام الكود األمريكي )ACI_318_11( ت وال بد من اإلشارة لى أنه سيحق االعحماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب للحصميق اإلنشائي مثل :- Etabs تSafe تAtir وتضمن المشرو دراسة نشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر اإلنشائية واألحمال المخحلفة المحوقعة ومن ثق الحصميق كّو اإلنشائي للعناصر و عداد المخططات الحنفيمية بناء على الحصميق المعد لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية الحي ت ن الهياكل اإلنشائية للمبنى ت ومن المحوقع بعد تمام المشرو أن نكون قادرين على تقديق الحصميق اإلنشائي لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية بإذن هللا. The idea of this project can be summarized by preparing the structural design for telecommunications and electronics company(Q cell) that located in Ramallah . Which consists of all facilities that should be available in any Library . The project consists of four floors , and the total area of the building is 11700 meter square, the design of the project is based on the multiplicity of spatial cluster and distributed consistently aesthetically and functional . ACI-318-11 code will be used for structural design and structural designing programs such, ATIR, AutoCAD (2018), and we studied some old graduation projects, and the project include detailed structural study of identified and analysis of the construction elements and the expected various loads, and then the structural design of elements and the preparation of shop drawings based on the prepared design .
