التصميم الانشائي لمبنى بلدية طولكرم

Abstract

يمكن تحديد اهداف المشروع في عمل التصميم الإنشائي الكامل لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي يحتويها المشروع من العقدات والجسور وأعمدة وأساسات والجدران وغيرها من العناصر الإنشائية المختلفة .

تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى " البلدية في مدينة طولكرم " المشروع عبارة عن مبنى بمساحة إجمالية كلية 4635 مترا مربعا، وهو مبنى بلدية طولكرم تابع لمؤسسة حكومية والذي سوف يقام على قطعة ارض تبلغ مساحتها حوالي 2.5 دونماً في وسط مدينة طولكرم. ويمثل المشروع دوراً مهما في خدمة المواطنين والمجتمع في المدينة والمنطقة التي سوف يقام فيها، وسوف يكون عليه إقبال من كثير من سكان المنطقة خاصة والمدينة عامه, وحيث لا يوجد أي تدرج في منسوب الارض التي تم التأسيس عليها. المشروع عبارة عن خمس ابنية متلاصقة, وعدد الطوابق تختلف من مبنى الى اخر، اجمالي مساحة الطابق الأرضي لجميع الابنية 1174 مترا مربعا ويتألف من قاعة للمؤتمرات وكافتيريا ومعرض وخدمات عامة واقسام لخدمة الجمهور. واجمالي مساحة الطابق الأول لجميع الابنية 1550 مترا مربعا ويتألف من قاعة اجتماعات لأعضاء البلدية واقسام لخدمة الجمهور ودائرة مالية وخدمات عامة, واجمالي مساحة الطابق الثاني لجميع الابنية 808 مترا مربعا ويتألف من قسم الابنية والاراضي وخدمات عامة للجمهور والمالية والتدقيق وقسم العلاقات العامة ,واجمالي مساحة الطابق الثالث 761 مترا مربعا ويتألف من مكتب رئيس البلدية ومكاتب الهيئة الادارية. وسيتم الاعتماد في التصميم على متطلبات كود الخرسانة الأمريكي (ACI-318) , وسيتم استخدام بعض برامج التصميم الانشائية وبرامج الرسم مثل: /ATIR/اوتوكاد وغيرها من البرامج. وسوف نقوم بالإطلاع على بعض مشاريع التخرج السابقة، والاستفادة من الخبرات السابقة من المشرف والمدرسين , وسيتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر الانشائية والأحمال المختلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصميم الانشائي للعناصر وإعداد المخططات التنفيذية بناء على التصميم المعد لجميع العناصر الانشائية التي تكون الهياكل الانشائية للمبنى. Structural design is the most important design of the building after the necessary of architectural design, the distribution of columns, loads, offer durability, the best prices and the highest degree of safety are the responsibility of the structural designer. In this project we will do the structural design of “integration project tulkarem municipality “. The project consists of five adjacent buildings and the number of floors varies from one building to another. The total area of the ground floor of all buildings is 1174 square meters and consists of a conference hall, cafeteria, gallery, public services and public service sections. The total area of the first floor of all buildings is 1550 square meters. It consists of a meeting room for the members of the municipality, public service departments, financial department and public services. The total area of the second floor of all buildings is 808 square meters and consists of the buildings and land section and public services for the public, financial, auditing and public relations department, and the total area of the third floor 761 square meters and consists of the office of the mayor and the offices of the administrative body.

This project was selected because of the importance to know how to design these buildings, which have a design requirements higher than other projects with long spans and big theaters and diversity in the form of the building by the architectural design .

It is important mentioning that we will use the Jordanian code to determine the live loads, and to determine the loads of earthquakes, for the analysis of the structural and design sections we will use the US Code (ACI_318_11), it must be noted that we will be relying on some computer programs such as: Autocad2007, Safe, Office2007, Atir, and others.

After completion of the project we expect to be able to provide structural design of all the structural elements of the project accordance to the requirements of the code.
