تأهيل وتطوير منطقة النبي نوح في دورا

Abstract

يعتبر الحفاظ على التراث المعماري والحضاري وترميم المباني التاريخية وإعادة تأهيلها من االمور الضرورية ، الن ذلك يعكس الصورة الحضارية للشعوب ، فهو الرابط بين ماضيها وحاضرها ، ودليل واضح على اصالتها وعراقتها . تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط االضواء على التراث المعماري والحضاري في منطقة النبي نوح في مدينة دورا ، وتوثيق المباني والحفاظ عليها وتأهيلها لالستخدام ، ألنها تمثل جزءا من التراث المعماري المحلي ، ومن خالل الدراسة في الفصلين االول والثاني تم البحث فيما يخص المشروع من حيث ، وصف المشروع والتعريف به ، بالتحدث عن التراث الحضاري والمعماري ، وابراز بعض التجارب العربية ، والمواثيق الدولية المتعلقة بالحفاظ على التراث كما ان الفصل الثالث يتناول دراسة وبحث المعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية للعناصر والفراغات المعمارية المكونة لموقع المشروع ، وتناول المعايير الخاصة بكل من ، الحدائق ، والمساجد والمراكز الصحية . اما عن الفصل الربع تطرق الى موقع المشروع بالدراسة والتحليل ، من خالل تحديد حدود المشروع واألبنية القائمة وإعداد المخططات الالزمة ودراسة طبوغرافية االرض ، واالتجاهات ، والتوجيه ، والتحليل المناخي ، ورفع وتوثيق المباني .وقد جاء الفصل الخامس ليلقي الضوء على بعض الدراسات المحلية والعالمية في هذا المجال لالستفادة منها في البحث والمشروع حيث تم عرض ثالث حاالت دراسية هي تأهيل وإعادة استخدام خان الوكالة في مدينة نابلس واحياء المنطقة القديمة في قرية عورتا في نابلس والحالة الدراسية العالمية تأهيل وإعادة استخدام خان الليلي في مدينة استانبول التركية . واستنادا الى ما ورد في الفصول المتقدمة ، وعلى وجه الخصوص ، الفصل الثالث تم تحديد الفراغات والمساحات لألبنية المراد تصميمها ، لتالئم وتلبي حاجات الموقع ومتطلبات المشروع . Preservation of the architectural and cultural heritage and the restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings are necessary because this reflects the cultural image of the peoples. It is the link between its past and present, and a clear evidence of its authenticity and heritage . The study aims to shed light on the architectural and cultural heritage of the Prophet Noah area in Dura city, and to document, preserve and rehabilitate the buildings, as they are part of the local architectural heritage . Through the study and in the first and second chapters, the project was discussed in terms of describing the project and introducing it, talking about the cultural and architectural heritage, highlighting some Arab experiences and international conventions related to heritage preservation . The third chapter dealt with the design and planning criteria for the elements and the architectural spaces that make up the site of the project, and dealt with the specific standards of gardens, mosques and health centers . The fourth chapter deals with the location of the project by study and analysis, by defining the boundaries of the project and the existing buildings, preparing the necessary plans, studying the topography of the earth, directions, guidance and climate analysis and lifting and documenting the buildings . The fifth chapter highlights some of the local and international studies in this field for use in the research and the project. Three cases were presented: rehabilitation and reuse of the Agency's Khan in Nablus and the revival of the old area in the village of Awarta in Nablus. In the Turkish city of Istanbul .
