Abstract

تعتبر المكتبات من المباني الميمة في اي مدينة، حيث تسعى معظم المدن الى انشاء مكتبات خاصة بيا ّ فيي تحتضن المثقفين، وطالب العمم و القراءة و المعرفة فكل ما يق أره اإلنسان مفيد، نستطيع القول أن ّما كان وضع الشعب أفضل. ّما كانت العناية بالمكتبات أكبر، كم المكتبات ىي عبارة عن مؤ ّشر ثقافي لمدولة، فكم وتنبع أىمية المكتبة من أىمية الق ارءة ومن أىمية اكتساب الثقافة، فكم المجتمع و الدولة ّما كان اىتمام الفرد و با أكبر، و ٌ لثقافة والمعرفة أكبر، كم تكون المكتبات أكثر ارتياداً من األماكن األخرى الموجودة ّما كان لمق ارءة دور في الدولة ، و من ىنا جاءت الحاجة الى انشاء اماكن خاصة يرتاد الييا القراء توفر ليم خدمات مجانية، و عناية خاصة بتصميم المكتبات واختيار مواقعيا. قد تناول البحث مقدمة عامة، و مفيوم المكتبة و انواعيا باإلضافة الى دراسة تاريخية عن المكتبات في الزمن القديم و في فمسطين تحديدا، و المعايير التخطيطية و التصميمية لمباني المكتبات، و قد تم عرض مجموعة من الحاالت الدراسية العالمية و المحمية و دراستيا و تحميميا لالستفادة منيا، و في نياية البحث تم الوصول الى برنامج المشروع و مساحة الفراغات المكونة لو، و اختيار أرض المشروع باالعتماد عمى المعايير التخطيطية و التصميمية و تم دراسة األرض و تحميميا. Libraries are important buildings in any city, where most cities seek to establish their own libraries. It embraces intellectuals, students of science, reading and knowledge. Libraries are indicators of the cultural level of the city. With more care of libraries, the situation of people becomes better. The importance of libraries stems from the importance of reading and acquiring culture. As long as the concerns of the individual, the society and the state with culture and knowledge, the greater the role of reading, the libraries would be more likely than other places in a country, because of this it appears the need or the importance of building up libraries providing a free services, and a special care to library design and site selection. The research deals with the general concept of designing libraries, and the concept and definition of libraries, and its types, in addition to a historical study on libraries in ancient times and in Palestine specifically. It studies the planning and design criteria for libraries buildings. With a series of international and local study cases and their study and analysis to get benefits from them. At the end of the research, the program of the project and spaces of its constituent spaces were selected, and there was the selection of the project land based on the planning and design criteria for libraries buildings, with study and analysis for the land.
