موقع كرز للتسوق الإلكتروني

Abstract

Abstract This project aims to build an electronic shopping system that combines the services needed by the user during online shpping. The system includes three parts, each part would perform certain services for the user to facilitate the shopping via the internet. Through the first part of the system, which is called karaz store the user can review the products offered by the system administrator on the site and the possibility of buying it. It also facilitates the process of paying for products, where customers can choose the payment method , or postpone payment until receipt of the product. The system also facilitates communication with customers, traders and the system administrator using the messaging service, where they can query about the products offered. The second part of the system is aimed to make electronic mall the user can view electronic products companies and traders shops without having to go to the market and so save time and effort. As well as to facilitate shopping sales for the people with special needs and relieve them of the burden of going to the market. The third part and final one offers the communication services with the shopping Internatioanl centers in the word and the ability to buy from them easily by offering the purchase and payment requests in karaz for the electronic shopping . The project team work on the analysis of the current electronic shopping systems and the problems which face the customers and then karaz shoppimg system has been proposed to solved these problems,through making interviews with shoppers and the traders.

ملخص يهدف المشروع الى بناء نظام تسوق الكتروني يجمع داخله الخدمات التي يحتاجها المستخدم أثناء عمليه تسوقه عبر الانترنت. حيث يضم النظام ثلاثة أقسام، كل قسم يؤدي خدمة معينة للمستخدم لتسهيل عملية تسوقه عبر الانترنت. من خلال القسم الأول في النظام والذي يسمى متجر كرز يمكن للمستخدم استعراض المنتجات المعروضة من قبل مسؤول النظام على الموقع وامكانية شرائها. وتكمن عملية تسهيل الخدمة أيضا في طريقة دفع ثمن المنتجات، حيث يمكن للمتسوق اختيار طريقة الدفع التي تناسبه، أو تأجيل عملية الدفع لحين استلام المنتج. كذلك يسهل النظام عملية تواصل الزبائن مع التجار ومسؤول النظام من خلال خدمة الرسائل حيث يمكنهم الاستعلام عن المنتجات المعروضة. القسم الثاني للنظام يهدف الى انشاء مجمع تجاري الكتروني يتمكن المستخدم من خلاله من استعراض منتجات الشركات والمحال التجارية الكترونيا دون الحاجة الى الذهاب الى السوق وذلك توفيرا للوقت والجهد. كذلك لتسهيل عملية التسوق على أصحاب الاحتياجات الخاصة وتخليصهم من عبئ الذهاب الى الأسواق. القسم الثالث والأخير يقدم خدمة التواصل مع مواقع التسوق العالمية وامكانية الشراء منها بسهولة عن طريق تقديم طلبات شراء والدفع بإحدى الطرق المتاحة في نظام كرز للتسوق الالكتروني. عمل فريق المشروع على تحليل انظمة التسوق الالكتروني الحالية وبين المشاكل التي يواجها المتسوقين وقد تم اقتراح نظام كرز للتسوق الالكتروني من اجل حل هذه المشاكل ،من خلال اجراء مقابلات مع المتسوقين والتجار. ومن ثم قام فريق المشروع من البدء ببناء النظام باستخدام لغة البرمجة PHP وتقنيات البرمجة الأخرى
