Design and implementation of broom sticks machine

Abstract

Broom sticks are imported from abroad as there is no local manufacturer in Palestine.Import is expensive and consumption is high. However, there are technical problems such as curving the stick and the losing of threads sticks. This project aims to solve this problem by designing and implementing the machine to make the broom sticks in a mechanical way. The machine takes the wood with a square cross section and does a cylindrical broom sticks by using the turning.Such machine makes the thread of these sticks then ready to be used. In addition, this machine will reduce the imports and produce a high-quality oflocal product. يتم استيراد عصي المكانس في فلسطين من الخارج ولا يوجد تصنيع محلي ، حيث أن الإستيراد مكلف والإستهلاك عالي ويوجد فيها مشاكل فنية كتقويسة العصا وخروج أسنان العصي من مكانها . يهدف هذا المشروع الى حل هذه المشكلة من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ ماكنة صناعة عصي المكانس بطريقة ميكانيكية حيث تقوم الماكنة بأخذ الخشب ذو مقطع عرضي مربع وتعمل منه عصي مكانس اسطوانية الشكل بواسطة الخراطة وتقوم الماكنة أيضاً بعملية تسنين هذه العصي بحيث تكون جاهزة للإستعمال . الماكنة مطلوبة لتقليل الإستيراد وإنتاج منتج محلي عالي الجودة .
