التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى كلية العمارة والفنون التابع لجامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين المقترح إنشاؤه في الخليل/ واد الهرية بجانب مبنى B+

Abstract

يمكن تحديد هدف المشروع في عمل التصميم الإنشائي الكامل لجميع العناصر الإنشائية التي يحتويها المشروع، من العقدات وجسور وأعمدة وأساسات والجدران وغيرها من العناصر الإنشائية المختلفة.

تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في التصميم الإنشائي لمبنى كلية العمارة والفنون التابع لجامعة بوليتكنك فلسطين في مدينة الخليل وهو عبارة عن مبنى مقترح بناؤه على أرض في منطقة واد الهرية بجانب مبنى B+ مدينة الخليل بحيث يشمل المشروع تصميم كافة التفاصيل والعناصر الإنشائية اللازمة والمستخدمة في هذا المبنى و مشتملاً على كافة المرافق التي يتطلبها أي صرحٍ علمي.

يتكون المبنى من اربعة طوابق, ويتميز التصميم المعماري للمشروع بأنه تم بأسلوب يقوم على تعدد الكتل الفراغية وتوزيعها بشكل متناسق من الناحية الجمالية والوظيفية ، إضافة إلى أنه تم الاهتمام من قبل المصمم المعماري عند توزيع الكتل بتوفير الراحة وسهولة وسرعة الوصول للمستخدمين ، وتكمن أهمية المشروع في تنوع العناصر الإنشائية في المبنى مثل الجسور والأعمدة والجسور المدلى والبلاطات الخرسانية ذات الأعصاب بإتجاه واحد والبلاطات المصمتة وغيرها.

ومن الجدير بالذكر أنه تم إستخدام الكود الأردني لتحديد الأحمال الحية ,ولتحديد أحمال الزلازل تم إستخدام U.B.C- 97)) ، أما بالنسبة للتحليل الإنشائي وتصميم المقاطع فقد تم إستخدام الكود الأمريكي (ACI_318- 08) , ولا بد من الإشارة إلى أنه تم الإعتماد على بعض البرامج الحاسوبية مثل: Autocad2010, Office2010 Atir12, ، Safe، Etabs , , Staad Proوغيرها. نتمنى بعد إتمام المشروع أن نكون قادرين على تقديم التصميم الإنشائي لجميع العناصر الإنشائية للمبنى كاملا. وبعد تصميم هذا المشروع وعمل كل ما تم ذكره يتوقع أن نصل إلى عدد من النتائج والتوقعات تتمثل في ربط المعلومات التي تم دراستها في المساقات المختلفة ، و تحليل وتصميم جميع العناصر الإنشائية وبيان تأثير كل عنصر من العناصر على الآخر، ومن ثم عمل المخططات الإنشائية التنفيذية بشكل كامل ومفصل لكل منها. Objective of the project can be summarized in the structural design of all structural elements contained in the project, slabs, beams, columns and foundations, walls and other structural elements. The idea of this project is the structural design of new building in Palestine polytechnic university , which includes many departments: classes , labatory , cafeterias , stadium , wc … etc . The project will include the construction design with all details necessary for the building which consists of four floors. The architectural design of the project based on multiple steric blocs distributed consistently in terms of aesthetic and functional purposes, as well as it has been designed in the form of distributing blocks that provide comfort, ease and speed of access for users. The importance of the project can be observed in the variety of the structural elements of the building such as slaps, beams, columns, foundation…etc.

The project - God willing - will be designed using ACI code and we will use some of programs of structural design such as Autocad2010, Office2007, Safe, Etabs, Atir…etc. And we will use the ACI code to determine the loads, and we will refer to several references and graduation projects for data and design calculations. So the project will include detailed structural study, analysis of the structural elements, expected and calculated loads, the structural design of the elements required and the preparation of construction plans.

After designing this project and the work of what has been said is expected to conclude a number of results and projections is to link the information that has been studied in the courses different, and the analysis and design of all structural elements and the statement of the impact of each of the elements on the other, and then the work of structural plans of the Executive are Full and detailed for each.
