التصميم الانشائي لفندق الحديقة في مدينة دورا

Abstract

التصميم اإلنشائي هو أهم التصميمات الالزمة للمبنى بعد التصميم المعماري، فتوزيع األعمدة واألحمال والحفاظ على المتانة وبأفضل األسعار وأعلى درجات األمان يقع على عاتق المصمم اإلنشائي. في هذا المشرررروع قمنا بعمل التصرررميم اإلنشرررائي ب لمبنى فندح الحديقة ب حيث يتكون من سررربعة قوابق ومرافقها والحدائق وموقف السيارات. حيث صمم المشروع على الطراز الحديث والمعاصر، لكي يلبي جميع المتطلبات البشرية والترفيهية في هذا الفندح مع مراعاة وإحترام قبيعة االرض الطبوغرافية في التصميم، وتم اختيار هذا المشروع لندرة مثل هذا النوع من الفنادح والتي من الجيد توفرها في مجتمعاتنا. و من الجدير بالذكر أنه تم اسررررررتلدام الكود األردني لتحديد األحمال الميتة والحية، ونظام ال IBC2012 لتحديد أحمال الزالزل، أما بالنسبة للتحليل اإلنشائي وتصميم المقاقع فتم استلدام الكود األمريكي(ACI_318_14)، وال بد من اإلشارة إلى انه تم االعتماد على بعض برامج الحاسوب مثل: (Autocad 2017، Atir11، Safe، Etabs، Staadpro، SapRobot، Revit) وتضمن المشروع دراسة إنشائية تفصيلية من تحديد وتحليل للعناصر االنشائية واألحمال الملتلفة المتوقعة ومن ثم التصرميم االنشرائي للعناصرر وإعداد الملططات التنفيذية بناء على التصرميم المعد لجميع العناصرر اإلنشرائية التي تكون الهياكل اإلنشائية للمبنى، وبعد إتمام المشروع فإننا اآلن قادرين على تقديم التصميم اإلنشائي لجميع العناصر اإلنشائية بإذن هللا وتوفيقه. Structural design is the most important designs required for building architectural design ،distribution columns and loads and maintaining durability and best price and highest security rests with the structural Designer. In this project we was worked a construction design for "The Garden Hotel"consisting of seven floors and facilities (Stadium and arena parking ،guarded room). The project is designed in a modern style and contemporary، order to to meet all human and recreational requirements in this hotel taking into account and respecting the nature of the Earth's topographic in design، this project was selected for the scarcity of such hotel’s and the good in our communities. It is worth mentioning that the Jordanian code was used to determine the live loads، and we used IBC2012 code to determine seismic loads for structural analysis and design sections of the us code is used (ACI_318_14)، the following softweres were used: (Autocad2017، Atir11، Safe، Etabs، Staadpro، Sab2000) The project was include the construction of detailed study for the identification and analysis of structural elements and different loads expected and then design elements and prepare drawings based design intended for all structural elements that are building structures، after complete of the project، now we able to provide structural design of all structural elements by God's grace.
