Structural Design of Industrial Building

Abstract

نتيجة الازدياد المطرد في عدد السكان في فلسطين، ظهرت الحاجة إلى وجود مجمعات صناعية ضخمة تغطي احتياجات هذا العدد المتزايد من السكان. إن مثل هذا النوع من المشاريع قد يتطلب توفر مساحات واسعة، ولتنفيذ مثل هذا النوع من المنشآت فلابد من توفر نظام إنشائي مناسب ومادة إنشائية مناسبة. ومن هنا فان العناصر الإنشائية المستخدمة في مثل هذا النوع من المنشآت يشترط فيها صفات عدة كأن لا تكون مكلفة ولا يستغرق إنتاجها وقتا كبيرا، بالإضافة إلى تميزها بقلة تكاليفها ومن هنا فقد كان الفولاذ كمادة إنشائية من المواد المناسبة لمثل هذا النوع من المشاريع.

ونسعى من خلال مشروعنا هذا إلى تحقيق أهداف متعددة ومن أهم هذه الأهداف هو إجراء دراسة إنشائية تحليلية لهذا المبنى وتصميم العناصر الإنشائية المستخدمة في هذا المنشأ سواء من الفولاذ أو الخرسانة بالإضافة إلى عمل جميع المخططات الإنشائية لهذا المبنى الصناعي. ويتم تحقيق هذه الأهداف من خلال خطوات ثابتة ومتسلسلة خلال فترة العمل بهذا المشروع وتتمثل هذه الخطوات في الدراسة الإنشائية للنظام الإنشائي ثم تصميم العناصر الإنشائية ومن ثم عمل جميع المخططات الإنشائية لهذا المبنى الصناعي. As a result of growth of population and civilization development in Palestine, the fixture is appeared to exist of many large industrial buildings, these may need large areas, to reach this requirements, suitable structural systems and suitable structural materials should be used. This means that the production should take the shortest time, the minimum cost and to resist high stresses.so the steel is one of the most suitable materials, which is used for these kinds of construction.

We try to reach many objectives by this project, such as the structural study of construction system for this industrial building and administrative building, design of all the constructions elements and drawing all of construction plans for this industrial building. So we will use steady steps to reach to our objectives by this project such as structural analysis study for this industrial building, design of all structural elements, that contains of concrete and steel elements and drawing all of executive plans for this building, that consist of concrete and structural steel elements.
