Abstract

نتیج ة ممارس ات الإح تلال و إغ لاق العدی د م ن الط رق ف ي مدین ة الخلی ل خصوص ا ف ي الجان ب الش رقي و الجنوبي من المدینة ، لذا فإن المسافر الراغب في التوج ة الى جن وب المدین ة من شمالھا لابد أن یم ر بشارع السلام الذي أصبح مزدحماً بالسیارات ، خصوصاً بعد إفتتاح ثلاث ة بن وك على ھ ذا الطریق ، فكان لابد من نق ل ج زء م ن حرك ة الم رور ع ن ھ ذا الطری ق ، فكانت فك رة التخط یط ، بتص میم و ش ق الطری ق الذي نح ن بص دد تصمیمة خصوصاً بعد توفر النیة لبناء مبنى لجامعة القدس المفتوحة ، وھذه المنطقة التي تمتد م ابین مثلث أب و كتیلة و خلة المغاربة إن شاء االله ، و سنعمل جاھدین على تحدید المسار المناسب لھ ذه الطریق و كذلك إختیار خط التدریج لھ ذا الطریق بحیث تك ون كمیات الحف ر مساویة تقریباً لكمیات ال ردم و كذلك سنقوم بتصمیم كاف ة المنحنیات الأفقیة و الرأسیة لھذه الطریق و فقاً للمبادئ الھندسیة ، بالإضافة الى التصمیم الإنشائي و ذلك بإختیار Because of occupation and closing most of the streets in East and south Hebron all the passengers who want to reach east Hebron from south Hebron have to move through Al-Salam street which is crowded with vehicle especially after establishing of three banks there so there is an idea of shifting apart of the traffic movement to another street , In this time the planning idea of designing and opening the street which we are designing especially after the planning of building a new building of Al-Quds open university in the area which lies between Abu- Ektala crossroad and kalit El-Magharbeh , we will do our effort on designing the suitable street line and balance between cut and fill , then we will design all the horizontal and vertical curves according to the engineering principle , also we will make the construction design by choosing the suitable materials and making all the needed tests to know the features of these material according to The American
