إعادة تأهيل وتطوير مبنى مدرسة الخليل الصناعية الثانوية

Abstract

عانى قطاع التعليم المهني في فلسطين من نقص الاهتمام والتنمية خلال فترة الاحتلال حتى مجيء السلطة الوطنية الفلسطينية،التي بدأت بالتعامل مع القطاع التعليمي ووضع خططها وتطويرها، ولكن ضعف الإمكانياتوعدم وجود ميزانيات كان سبباً رئيسياً للحيلولة دون وصول التعليم المهني إلى المستوى المطلوب.كما عانتمحافظة الخليل من نقص المدارس المهنية التي تقدم التعليم المهني كما هو مطلوب.

لذلك أعدت هذه الدراسة لمشروع تخرج بعنوان إعادة تأهيل وتطوير مدرسة الخليل الصناعية الثانوية، للحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية،حيث تم اختيار هذا المشروع نظراً لأن مبنى المدرسة الصناعية القائم لا يستوعب إقبال الطلاب المتزايد في التوجه نحو التعليم التقني والمهني في الفترة الاخيرة، نتيجة لحاجة سوق العمل المتزايد إلى فنيين متخصصين لمواكبة التطور التكنولوجي في مختلف المجالات الصناعية.

ويشمل هذا البحث دراسة مفصلة وتحليل على عدة موضوعات تشمل دراسة كاملة وشاملة لاعادة تأهيل وتطوير المدرسة الصناعية الثانوية، حيث يتناول الفصل الأول على مقدمة للمشروع وأهداف ووصف للمشروع , ويتحدث الفصل الثاني عن لمحة تاريخية عن التعليم الصناعي والتقني في فلسطين , الفصل الثالث يتحدث عن المعايير التصميمية للمدارس الثانوية والمشاغل,واحتوى الفصل الرابع حالتين دراسيتين لمشاريع مدارس ثانوية صناعية موضحا عناصرها بالتفصيل, اما في الفصل الخامس تحدثنا عن برنامج المشروع والمساحات التفصيلية لفراغات المشروع وتفصيل العلاقات الوظيفية بين فراغات المشروع الللازم اضافتها للمدرسة , في الفصل السادس والاخير فقد قمنا بتحليل الموقع العام للمدرسة وتحليل مخططات المبنى والشوارع المحيطة بها . The Sector of vocational education in Palestine has suffered from a lack of development during the period of Israeli occupation until the arrival of the Palestinian National Authorityin 1994, which began to develop the educational sector by setting up new plans. However, the weakness of the possibilities and the lack of budgets were major causes of preventing the development of vocational education to the required stage.In addition to that, Hebron suffers from a lack of vocational schools to providevocational education as much as it is needed.

As a result, this study is aimed at the rehabilitation and development of Hebron Industrial Secondary School now that the existing industrial school's building fails to meet the need of the growing demand for vocational education in Hebron, which is resulted from the growing market needs of specialist technicians in order to be up to date with the technological development in various industrial areas.

This research includes a detailed study and comprehensive analysis for several topics concerning the rehabilitation and development of the industrial school in Hebron. The first chapter contains an introduction to the project objectives and a description for the project. Chapter two talks about the history of industrial and technical education in Palestine, whereas the third chapter talks about design standards for secondary schools and workshops. Chapterfour contains two case studies for secondary schools industrial projects and talking about those elements in details. Chapter five discusses detailed project spaces and functional relations between the project and the necessary spaces added for school. Finally, the last chapter analyzes the location of the school, the building plans, and the surrounding streets.
