Design and Building Grape Squeeze Machine

Abstract

Farming sector is one of the most important sectors of Palestinian industries. Many of Palestinian people depend on farming in their life. Our target from the farming is the grape part society that suffers from Israel occupation. We aim from this project to not let the Palestinians deal with any kind with Israel in our farming; one of it is the grape juice. It is seemed that the farmers around Palestine don’t know exactly how to convert the grape on to a juice with 100% clean and good, we made this design for a machine that allow all farmers to be in their hand, in order to broke the wall between us and dealing with Israel. The machine is set to squeeze one ton of grape per hour. It consist from three stages, the first one is smashing the grapes and moving it, squeeze it and finally filling the juice in a tank. VIII ملخص القطاع الزراعي في فلسطین یعد من اھم المقومات للاقتصاد الفلسطیني، ولكن بسبب تعنت الاحتلال فان الكثیر من المزارعین الفلسطینیین یعانون من عدم مقدرتھم على الاستفادة كما یجب من محصولھم. یشكل قطاع العنب من اھم المقومات للقطاع الزراعي بشكل عام في فلسطین. لذا تم تصمیم عمل ھذا المشروع لتمكین المزارعبن من الاستفادة المثلى بعصر العنب من خلال ماكنة متقدمة ذو كفاءة عالیة. صممت ھذه المكنة على اساس ان تقوم بعصر ١ طن من العنب خلال ساعة واحدة وتتكون الماكنة من ثلاث مراحل اساسیة. في المرحلة الاولى تتمثل في تحطیم العنب بشكل یسمج لعناقید العنب بالانفصال قلیلا عن حبات العنب ، ومن ثم نقل العنب عن طریق سیر ناقل الى صندوق لیتم عصره ، ومن ثم افراغ المتبقي من العنب في وعاء یكون جاھزا لاستیعاب الكمیة المطلوبة.
