اإلاحياء الحضري للمباني التقميدية في منطقة دوار ابن رشد

Abstract

تواجو المباني التراثية في فمسطين عامة وفي الخميل خاصة تحديات كثيرة وصعوبات جمة، أىميا وجود االحتالل الصييوني الذي يعمل جاىدا عمى طمس ىذا الموروث الحضاري، وعدم وجود جية راعية تتكفل برعايتيا وحمايتيا، ومن خالل دراستنا لحال ىذه المباني في الخميل، فقد استنتجنا أننا بحاجة إلى توثيق وتحميل مجموعة من البيوت التراثية ذات القيمة عادة تأىيميا، المعمارية خارج البمدة القديمة والخروج بمحددات عامة لط ارز ىذه الفترة، ومن ثم اختيار منطقة لترميميا وا بتصميم فراغات تحيي الحركة الثقافية واالقتصادية وتعزز دور المباني التراثية. قمنا باختيار قطعة األرض في منطقة تعكس مدى أىمية ىذه المباني وىي منطقة ابن رشد التي تقع في مركز مدينة الخميل، لتعكس ىذه المباني صورة جيدة عن مدينة الخميل وعن ثقافتيا ألىل المدينة خاصة، ولزوارىا عامة. يضم المشروع عدة فعاليات نحاول من خالليا تحقيق األىداف التي وجد من أجميا المشروع والتي من خالليا نعمل عمى نشر ثقافة مدينة الخميل كالمعارض الفنية ومعارض التراث ، و بيا نستطيع إقامة فعاليات تعمل عمى تنمية ميارات الفئات المختمفة في المدينة كإقامة الندوات والمحاضرات في المجاالت المختمفة باإلضافة إلى استقبال فعاليات خاصة باألطفال كونيم الجيل القادم المسؤول عن بناء الوطن. لتحقيق ىذه األىداف سيتم دراسة التطور العمراني لمدينة الخميل لننتقل بعدىا إلى تحميل تطور المسكن التقميدي، ومن ثم الحديث عن واقع ىذه المباني، ونتعرض لمجموعة من الحاالت الدراسية المشابية في مدن مختمفة، وبعد ذلك يأتي الجانب العممي لمدراسة، الذي يقوم عمى تحديد منطقة وتحميميا وتقديم برنامج مقترح. Heritage buildings are faces many obstacles in general in Palestine especially Hebron, as what Israeli soldiers did and doing to obliterate this cultural heritage, and the lack in entity responsible who looks after and protect this heritage. During this study at Hebron, the result concluded that we need to analyze and document some of the heritage buildings which have an important agricultural value outside the old city in Hebron and put the general determinants models for this period, then selection an area to make a restoration and rehabilitation for it, by design spaces which revives cultural and economical movements, and enhance the role of heritage buildings. The chosen piece of ground locates in an area reflects the importance of these buildings, this area called Ibn Rushd in the center of Hebron city, so this will reflects a good image on Hebron city and their culture for their citizens and for their visitors. The project contains many activities, we as scholars trying to attain the objectives that this project found to achieve and trying to spread the culture of Hebron city during art and heritage galleries, also we can do activities which make skills development for various categories of the city, like making conferences and lectures in various categories also, focusing on children by making events especially for them, because they are the future builders for this country. To achieve the objectives of this project, there is some steps should do, the first is a study of urban development for Hebron city, then analyze the development of heritage building, talking about the nature of this buildings, put some case study from various cities, finally focus on the practical side of this study which determine an area to analyze and put some suggestions and alternatives.
