دراسة الأثر المروري لقاعات الأفراح في مدينة الخليل

Abstract

أصبحت الدراسة التحليلية للأثر المروري الأكثر شيوعا واستخداما كأداة تخطيط لمعرفة متطلبات شبكة المرور الحالية ولتخفيف الأثار السلبية الناجمة عن الازدحام، فلفهم التأثيرات المرورية دوراً في عمل ميزانية للدولة والمرافق العامة وإدخال تحسينات على البنية التحتية يهدف هذا المشروع إلى دراسة مواقع صالات الأفراح والشوارع المحيطة بها وأعداد المركبات في الأيام العادية وأيام المناسبات بالاضافة إلى آلية الترخيص لقاعات الأفراح ومساحات المواقف المتوفرة اضافة الى ايجاد مستوى الخدمة في طرق المدينة والتنبؤ بحركة المرور المستقبلية.

تم اتباع نظام العد اليدوي للشوارع المحيطة على الصالات وجمع المعلومات اللازمة للمشروع من حيث المساحات، عدد الطوابق، اتساعها للأشخاص وتوفر مواقف السيارات. تكمن أهمية الدراسة في فهم الأثر المروري لصالات الأفراح وتأثير عدم وجود مواقف ذات مساحات كافية لاستيعاب أعداد السيارات وتهدف الدراسة لايجاد حلول قابلة للتطبيق للتقليل من الازدحام والعمل على فرض اقوانين وأنظمة جديدة تساعد على تقليل الإزدحام.
