اعادة احياء سوق القطانين

Abstract

يستعرض هذا البحث موضوع إحياء سوق القطانين كأحد الأساليب للحفاظ على التراث المعماري ، حيث يقع هذا السوق في مدينة القدس وبالتحديد داخل البلدة القديمة ، وهو المكان الذي يجسد ملتقى الحضارات العربية والإسلامية على مر العصور. تتعرض مدينة القدس عامة والبلدة القديمة خاصة الى إجراءات التهويد والتدمير التي تشنها قوات الإحتلال العسكرية وهجمات المستوطنين المتكررة ، وهو ما تعمد إليه قوات الاحتلال لمسح وإخفاء معالم حقيقة الوجود الفلسطيني التي تثبت الجذور التاريخية لهم ، وهو ما يجب ان تتمسك به الامة في تأصيل هويتها المعمارية وعكس روح وشخصية المكان. إن تفعيل هذا النوع من المشاريع يهدف الى حماية منطقة الدراسة من التوسع المستمر للحركة الإستيطانية وذلك بالعمل على تكثيف وتعزيز تواجد سكان المنطقة وحركة الزوار والسائحين للسوق ، وهو ما يحد من المد الإستيطاني ، وتوعية الناس بالموروث الثقافي والحضاري وأهمية الحفاظ عليه ، بالإضافة إلى توفير الخدمات التي تفتقدها المنطقة كالخدمات الثقافية والعلمية والسياحية وتنشيط المحلات التجارية المهجورة وإحيائها مع الحفاظ على طابعها القديم. ويركز البحث على دراسة إحياء سوق القطانين في القدس ، الذي يتكون من طابقين ، ويشتمل الطابق الأرضي على المحلات التجارية والتي يباع فيها السلع المتنوعة ، بالإضافة لوجود خان تنكز الناصري وخان القطانين ، واحتواء السوق على حمامين مملوكيين ، والطابق الأول الذي اشتمل على غرف صعيرة كانت تستعمل كمبيت للتجار في القدم. يقدم هذا البحث دراسة اقتراحات وحلول حول إمكانية استغلال المحلات المغلقة والموجودة حاليا ، بعد التعرف على حاجة السوق للخدمات ، وتخصيص محلات للصناعات والحرف التقليدية ، بالإضافة الى المحلات التي تشتمل على المطاعم والخدمات الثقافية ، وأحياء حمام العين في السوق وما يعكسه ذلك على حركة السياحة في السوق.

Abstract This research reviews the issue of revival alqtanin market as one of the methods to preserve the architectural heritage. Where the market is located in the city of Jerusalem specifically in the heart of the old town, a place that reflects the Forum of Arab and Islamic civilization throughout ages. The city of Jerusalem and its old city are exposed to the procedures of conversion and destruction waged by the occupation forces and settlers through repeated attacks, in which the occupation forces try deliberately to destroy the identity of the Palestinian people which proves their historical roots, Which must uphold the nation in rooting their architectural identity that reflect the spirit and character of the place The revival of this type of project is aimed at protecting the study area from the continued expansion of the settler movement by intensifing and strengthen the presence of the region's population, visitors and tourists to the market in which limits the proliferation of the settlers, and make people aware of theis cultural heritage and civilization and the importance of maintaining it, in addition to providing services that lacks the region such as cultural, scientific, tourism services, and revitalization of abandoned shops and revitalize while preserving the ancient heritage. The research focuses on the revival of Alqtanin market in Jerusalem, The market is consisted of two floors; the ground floor is consisted of shops, which used to sell miscellaneous goods, in addition to the presence of the Nazarene Tankiz Khan and Khan Alqtanin. The markets contain two Mamlukian baths. On the other hand, the first floor included small rooms, which used as a shelter for traders in the ancient ages. This research provide suggestions and solutions about the uses of closed and existing shops, by identifying the shortages in which the services suffers from by allocation different shops for goods Industries and traditional crafts, as well as shops that include restaurants, shops, cultural, and revival of Al Ain bath in the market and how it reflects the tourism market.
