تصميم مكتبة عامة

Abstract

لا يخفى على أحد منا أهمية المكتبات وما تحويه من كتب وكنوز في داخلها ، لا سيما أنها مقياس لمدى تقدم الأمم وتطورها ، وهي أيضاً مرآه تعكس مدى وعي وثقافة مجتمع عن غيره ، وتعتبر دراسة مباني المكتبات من الدراسات الهامة في مجال أدبيات المكتبات والمعلومات ، وذلك لما تمثله هذه المباني من أهمية . ومن هنا جاءت فكرة تصميم مكتبة عامة ، حيث تمثلت أهداف البحث في جذب المجتمع وتوعيته بأهمية الكتاب من خلال تصميم معماري يلفت انتباه كل من رآه و يحضه لدخول وزيارة فراغاته الداخلية التي تمثل المرجع الأساسي للطالب المدرسي والجامعي والباحث العلمي وتوفر خدمات ونشاطات ثقافية تواكب حاجات العصر الحديث ، وتستخدم تقنيات و وسائل حديثة ,وقد تم جمع المعلومات اللازمة لهذا البحث الكمي والنوعي عن طريق الكتب والنشرات والزيارات الميدانية لبعض المكتبات العامة ، وقد تناول البحث ما يلي :

في الفصل الأول تم عرض خطة البحث لهذا المشروع . في الفصل الثاني تم عرض نبذة تاريخية عن المكتبات العامة وأنواع المكتبات وأهداف و وظائف المكتبات العامة والتطرق إلى التعريف بالمكتبة الرقمية ، وتم الحديث عن المكتبات في فلسطين . في الفصل الثالث تم التطرق إلى الأسس والمعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية ، وهنا ذكرت محددات تصميم المكتبات. وفي الفصل الرابع تم الحديث عن الحالات الدراسية السابقة ، منها ما كانت عالمية وهي مكتبة الإسكندرية ، ومنها حالة دراسية محلية ألا وهي مكتبة بلدية الخليل العامة ، حيث تم دراسة وتحليل كل من المكتبتين . الفصل الخامس هو عبارة عن خطة المشروع أو برنامج المشروع ، حيث تم توزيع الفراغات و المساحات للفعاليات المختلفة للمكتبة والتوصل إلى جدول للمساحات لكل فراغ في المكتبة . أما الفصل السادس فقد تم اختيار الموقع المناسب للمشروع ، وتحليل الأرض المراد إقامة المشروع عليها ، وذلك من خلال معرفة طبيعة المنطقة ومعرفة ما يحيط بالموقع من فعاليات مختلفة .

Public Library Foundation cultural and educational preserve the cultural heritage of human civilization and is working on breeding a generation educated and conscious is able to take responsibility in the future through the harmony of the individual in the framework of the general cultural harmony that leads to adapt and to best doing his different activities. The public library of the institutions created by the state in educating young people and children and enrich the researchers thought, it hands the cultural development in a general sense.

The goals of the Public Library: 1. Encourage self-education for adults and children and help the school to complete the educational mission of the acquisition of a number of books that are suitable with the levels of young people, which can not afford the school library acquisition and enable scholars and researchers access to books and references relevant to their studies and their research topics. 2. Provide general information to the public , educates the types of different cultures , diverse experiences and enables the public to follow the ongoing developments in the various fields of knowledge . 3. Working on finding a good citizen who is capable of the same community service , who lives and extendes to provide him with books in order to develop his artistic different skills. That assistes to develop his career and upgrade the level of performance. 4. Getting benefit from leisure time what is useful and support the social link between members of the community through seminars and exchange of views in the local and global problems. 5. collect the right information about the local environment, which explains its history, geography and thus the public library as center for the study of the local environment and heritage conservation .
