تصميم مركز إعادة تأهيل األاحداث الجانحين

Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة جنوح األحداث ظاهرة اجتماعية معقدة ، تهدد أمن و سالمة المجتمع ، كما تهدد كيانه و مستقبل أجياله ، و لذلك كان البد من مواجهة هذه الظاهرة و التصدي لها ، لهذا ظهرت أهمية إيجاد مراكز ،بحيث تعمل على تهذيب السلوك ً ً وأخالقياَ، ومهنيا اجتماعية تهتم بتأهيل ورعاية هذه الفئة من األطفال سلوكيا اإلنحرافي لدى األطفال وتصحيح القيم األخالقية التي تأثروا بها وتعليمهم بعض الحرف المهنية لجعلهم أفراد نافعين في المجتمع . ومن هنا جاءت فكرة تصميم مركز إعادة تأهيل األحداث الجانحين ، للحد من الظاهرة والعمل على االستفادة نافعين للمجتمع ، وقد تناول البحث ما يلي من فترة االحتجاز في إصالح وتأهيل الفرد ليكون فردا : ً في الفصل األول تم عرض خطة البحث لهذا المشروع .، وفي الفصل الثاني تم عرض بعض المفاهيم المتعلقة باألحداث وأسباب الجنوح و نبذة تاريخية عن مفاهيم السجون وتطور مفهومها وصوال للمفاهيم اإلصالحية ، وتم الحديث عن السجون في فلسطين ومراكز اإلصالح في فلسطين . في الفصل الثالث تم التطرق إلى األسس والمعايير التصميمية والتخطيطية ، وهنا ذكرت محددات تصميم المكتبات. وفي الفصل الرابع تم الحديث عن الحاالت الدراسية السابقة ، منها ما كانت عالمية وهي Roy McMurtry Youth Centre، ومنها حالة دراسية إقليمية أال وهي مركز إصالح اإلحداث الجانحين في جنوب لبنان ، حيث تم دراسة وتحليل كل من المركزيين. والفصل الخامس هو عبارة عن خطة المشروع أو برنامج المشروع ، حيث تم توزيع الفراغات و المساحات للفعاليات المختلفة للمركز والتوصل إلى جدول للمساحات لكل فراغ في المركز . أما الفصل السادس فقد تم اختيار الموقع المناسب للمشروع ، وتحليل األرض المراد إقامة المشروع عليها ، وذلك من خالل معرفة طبيعة المنطقة ومعرفة ما يحيط بالموقع من فعاليات مختلفة . Given the various institutions in society attaches great importance to the phenomenon of increasing rates of crimes committed in the name of events, where it is one of the most dangerous and most complex social problems faced by most of the countries of the contemporary world, whether advanced or developing , That poses a serious risk to human relations, where the legal bodies to enact laws and institutions that support the rehabilitation and repair of events instead of using the method of punishment is that backfire by what they offer us research and studies . From here, highlight the importance of creating social centers interested in the rehabilitation and care of this group of children behaviorally and morally, and professionally, so working on the VII refinement of deviant behavior in children and the correct moral values that have been affected by them, and teach them some of the character to make them members of the professional actors in the community .
