دراسة وتصميم شارع بئر السبع الحاووز الثاني

Abstract

المشروع عبارة عن دراسة وتصميم شارع بئر السبع ( الجزء الواقع في منطقة الحاووز الثاني ) , وقد تم إختيار هذا المشروع لما له من أهمية حيوية في تلك المنطقة لأنه يخدم منطقة تعتبر متنفسا لمدينة الخليل , وعلى الرغم من هذه الأهمية التي يحتلها الشارع إلا انه يوجد به العديد من المشاكل والتي تتمثل بالتصميم الهندسي وعدم توفر التخطيط المناسب له من ممررات مشاه وبنية تحتية وتجمع مياه الأمطار وغيرها من عناصر التصميم الناقصة, حيث يشكل هذا المشروع تطبيقا للمفاهيم الهندسية والمواصفات الفنية الواجب إتباعها عند القيام بدراسة وتصميم أي طريق.

إن الطريقة التي ستتبع في هذا المشروع سوف تعتمد على جانبين رئيسيان وهما العمل الميداني والعمل المكتبي ، إبتداء بالعمل الميداني الذي سيتم من خلاله عمل مضلع ( Traverse) يتم ربطه بالإحداثيات القطرية الفلسطينية وتصحيحه بشكل كامل ومن ثم عمل مخطط تفصيلي للشارع , واخذ مناسيب ومحطات على طول الشارع من اجل رسم المقاطع الطولية والعرضية له وما يتطلبه من أمور أخرى مثل تصميم التقاطعات والدوار والصرف الصحي وغيرها، أما العمل المكتبي فيتمثل بعمل التصميم والحسابات اللازمة لإتمام هذا المشروع, وذلك بالاعتماد على المواصفات العالمية للتصميم (AASHTO 2004) وعلى مجموعه من البرامج المساحية مثلAutodisk land ArcGIS, Civil3D,. The goal of this project is the analysis and redesign of the existing Beer Al-Saba Street in the city of Hebron. The choice of the location was motivated by vital importance of the street, which plays an important role in the distribution of traffic inside the city. The existing street suffers from serious design problems including poor planning and intersection design, lack of sidewalks, deterioration of the old infrastructure and rain water and sewage systems. This project will be built around the application engineering and design standards required for such a study and the redesign of the street. The work on this project will include two main parts; the field work and the office work. Starting with the field work; a traverse referenced to the Palestinian (1923) coordinates will be set out around the area under investigation. This traverse -after all the necessary corrections- will be used to create a detailed plan of the existing street. The second part of the field work will include a detailed study of the levels and elevations of the street to create longitudinal and transverse cross sections. Other relevant features, like the design of the circle and intersections in addition to the sewer and rain water drainage systems will be studied as well. The office work will include all the calculations and designs that conform to the American Association of State and Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO 2004) design code and several computer programs like, ArcGIS, Civil3D and Autodesk land.
