Abstract

تتلخص فكرة هذا المشروع في عمل تصميم معماري لمركز طب عدلي, لمعالجة العديد من المشاكل الآنية والمستقبلية التي تعاني منها محافظة الخليل والمحافظات المجاورة , والتي تتعلق بالطب العدلي ودوره في كشف الغموض واسرار الحوادث المتعلقة بالجرائم وكل حالات الوفاه , سواءا كانت قتل او وفاه بسبب مرض وغيرها , انطلاقا من دراسات علمية لواقع المدينة من حيث الكثافة السكانية وما ينتج عنها من ارتفاع في حالات الوفاه ونسبة الجرائم وغموضها , مراعيا خلالها القواعد العلمية الصحيحة في التصميم المعماري .

وتبرز أهمية هذا المشروع في افتقار محافظة الخليل لمركز طب عدلي ,وسيكون التصميم المعماري ضمن المواصفات العلمية من حيث الفراغات ذات ارتباط وثيق بهيكلية مركز الطب العدلي والمعمل الجنائي من حيث الوظيفة . The Main idea of this project is the work of Architecture for Medico-Legal Center of justice, to address many of the current and future problems faced by the district of Hebron and the neighboring provinces, which are related to forensic medicine and its role in the detection of mystery and secrets of all incidents related to crimes of death, whether the killing or deaths from disease and other , on the basis of scientific studies of the reality of the city in terms of population density and the resulting rise in cases of death and the proportion of crimes and ambiguity, which taking into account the rules of valid scientific in architectural design.

And highlights the importance of this project in the governorate of Hebron, the lack of a judicial Medical Center, and the architectural design will be within the specifications in terms of scientific spaces closely associated with the structure of the Center for Laboratory Medicine and criminal justice in terms of function.
